Beautiful venue, requiring very little decorating, in a stunning location. Coordination leading up to the day was handled smoothly via regular check-ins through the online portal. Wedding coordinators on the day were very attentive and handle everything with no problems. Amazing food, including the pizza's on the evening. A perfect day from start to finish (Even including the rain).

Would highly recommend this venue to anyone planning on getting married. The staff are amazing and the venue is perfect. The barn is beautiful and you can make it as relaxed or formal as what you would like and the staff are organised and make sure that you have everything you need prior and then make sure that the day runs so smoothly. We had the best day and could have wished for a better venue or team to help us sort it out! Shout out to Jack R who helped us run the wedding, they were great!

We had our wedding recently on the 14th of September and it was the greatest day!
From booking the wedding to the day itself the healey barn team have been amazing!
No question or query was too much, if we needed to know anything or even some extras this was not any trouble what so ever!
When we first saw the venue we absolutely loved it and even more so on the day.
I also want to pass on a massive thanks to everyone who worked our day, the staff were amazing and very attentive and friendly. The food was extremely tasty! Please pass our thanks to the chef. Our guests didn’t stop commenting on how beautiful the venue was and how looked after they were! A special thank you to Jack, Leanne and Charlotte for all your help!! Healey Barn was exceptional! It was the first venue we visited and we instantly felt a connection. We didn’t feel like we were on a conveyor belt of showings like at some other venues. They made us feel special which you should do when it comes to your wedding.
We had great communication all the way up until the day. Our guests loved the Barn and so many said the food was the best they had ever had at a Wedding or just ever! Everything was so smooth which made for a very stress free day. They truly know how to run a perfect event. We could not recommend them more.

I dont even know where to start with how amazing our wedding was at Healey Barn! We had originally planned to get married in Mauritius but after 2 cancellations and still lots of restrictions, we made the difficult decision to scrap our beach wedding dreams and get married at home - and I'm so glad we did! From the moment we stepped in to Healey Barn it felt special and had a beautiful feel to it, we booked almost immediately. From then on we had the most amazing and professional service from the whole team - they were forever on had to answer my (millions!) of questions, giving recommendations - but never being pushy - and making the whole planning a fab experience. You get your own site which clearly breaks down all of the costings and what you have agreed too, as well as a messaging service which worked perfectly for us.

The day of the wedding was absolutely perfect! Everyone commented on how lovely and helpful the staff were, and how amazing the food was (honestly best steak i've had in my life, i'm gutted we cant go back and eat there all the time!) and how gorgeous the venue was. Its private so you're not risking running into another bride or having random people pass through your wedding, which i've seen lots of times at hotel type venues. It's also great if you're having children at the wedding, as they had the freedom to run around without the worry of losing them!

Since the wedding i've had people recommending the venue to their family members and I was even told that one guest had said if they had known about Healey Barn before, they would have got married here rather than their venue - Rockcliffe Hall!!

Can't recommend the venue enough, they made our dreams come true and it truly was the best day of our lives!

We got married at Healey Barn on 08.08.2022 and had the most incredible day from start to finish. We viewed it for the first time in September 2020 and knew immediately it was the right venue for us (I actually cried!) and didn't bother viewing any others. The setting is stunning, from the ceremony room with the gorgeous mantelpiece to the reception room with the fabulous views of the countryside beyond to the courtyard with the greenery and awesome fire pits. Not only that but the staff were amazing - answering all of our (many) questions and showing us around the venue several times between our booking and the wedding. There were lots of different options we could include to customise our wedding exactly the way that we wanted it. The whole process was incredibly straightforward and the team were always quick to respond to any questions and very helpful.

On the day of the wedding, the staff were amazing and helped us through any problems that arose seamlessly, resulting in a smooth and stressfree day for us both. The food was fantastic (we had four canapes, BBQ rump of beef and brownies with cream, then pizzas on the evening) and all of ou guests were very complimentary. The barn was a beautiful place to get married and has resulted in some stunning photographs and we couldn't be happier.

Overall, this place is incredible and we couldn't recommend it enough for a stunning, relaxed and magical wedding day!

I would recommend this venue to anyone.
Firstly, what a stunning place. From the moment we visited way back in 2018 we knew it was the one for us. We were originally due to be married in 2020 and all through the Covid rearrangements the team at Healey could not have been more helpful and supportive.

The day itself was perfect in everyway. As we were two brides we wanted to remain hidden from each other and the Healey team made sure that happened. Nothing was too much trouble.
Special shoutout to Connor and Charlotte, who managed the day for us, but the whole team were nothing short of excellent.

The food was incredible. We had canapes - the top rump burgers and the cod goujons were incredible!
Then the main - BBQ board, chicken, lamb chops, chorizo and the biggest pork ribs you've ever seen. A few of our guests were skeptical about the feast style serving in advance of the day but in practice it's great. A much more social experience and it means you can have as much or as little as you like!! We've had so many compliments from guests that the food was the best they've ever had at a wedding.
We had the chocolate fondant for dessert which again came served in big bowls to help yourselves - it was delicious!

The layout of the venue is perfect if you've got kids who want to run free - we had a few between the ages of 4 and 10 who spent most of the meal sprinting around the courtyard which meant their parents could relax and enjoy themselves. It's all contained so you know they aren't going anywhere or disturbing anyone.

The barn is great for dancing and the bar area or outdoors for socialising.

Evening meal we had pizza - they were brilliant! And boxes were provided so most of our guests ended up taking some home to sober up with!!

We used Healey Flowers as florists, Harriet and her team were brill. If you've got the budget for it I'd definitely recommend the flower balls, they make such a difference to the space and Harriet came by the next day and all of the stems for us to keep.

I could write for days about how excellent Healey Barn is as a venue and the team as a whole too.

My husband and I have had the pleasure of having two celebrations at Healey Barn - our first official marriage ceremony last year with our immediate families and our larger wedding celebrations with all of our family and friends a year later.

The Healey Barn staff have been amazing from start to finish, especially during the Covid pandemic. Everything we asked for and discussed with the staff was perfectly provided on both occasions - the small details which meant a lot to us were perfectly prepared by the staff on the day.

The food served is some of the best we’ve ever had and several guests commented on how good it was! We had the pizzas on the evening and these were fantastic too.

Our day to day contacts Jack & Leanne have been particularly helpful and have made the whole process easy & enjoyable! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this venue to anyone!

Our viewing was very professional and the staff were professional. Compared to the other venues we visited it was miles ahead. We booked and paid a £2000 deposit to secure the venue. This was pretty seamless.
We booked with Healey pre Covid and needed to change our dates from September 2020. This change was well managed, we were given a selection of different dates and selected.
Moving up to the date there was regular communication via the online portal and they did offer some good advice moving up to the day.
Charlotte looked after us on the day and things could not have gone smoother. There was a professional yet relaxed atmosphere. There was a smooth transition between Charlotte leaving and Jack taking over. The courtyard was stunning for all of the guests, as was the front lawn and the dining room. There was a dressing room for the bride, groom and family which is a nice touch. The British feast was fab, the standard of the food was great throughout and this was the feedback from all guests too. The photographs you get from the day are amazing and there are a few great locations for photos around the estate.

Feedback (we had a great day and would 100% book over again) below are the thing that we feel could help refine the guest experience;

- make the staffing charge clearer at the bottom of the invoice. This was not mentioned at first and was a bit of a shock when we did see it at the bottom of the invoice. Maybe price it into the venue hire?

- provide an iPad/ pod for the music. On the day we needed to worry about the adapter and whether I would get a call when Zara was walking down the aisle. It would be one less thing to worry about.

- we had loads of pizza. The servers put the pizza on empty tables at times? Maybe go and ask the guests if they wanted one each and what type? I had to move them myself a few times.

- when serving the British feats explain to the guests what is on the table and explain that this is to be plated yourself. Some guests waited a while before they tucked in!

- 21 days is far too long to hold the bond for after the day. This should be refunded after the facility check the next day? Cash transfer can be instant and this would leave a good impression at the end of the day.

- although 2 draft beers were on the list the servers only offered Peroni and not the Kozel? Peroni is a lovely beer but not a session beer. A 4% beer should be offered as it’s a long day!

Thank you Healey for the best day I have had. The venue is genuinely stunning and the staff are great. You would not regret booking here.

We were married at Healey Barn on the 24th May 2021 after 2 postponements due to the pandemic. All through the pandemic they kept in touch with us and were so accommodating to the ever changing restrictions. And on the day they made us and ours guests feel very safe.

We originally booked Healey Barn in 2018 for our original date in 2020 and they were a pleasure to deal from the start.

Healey Barn was the first venue we visited and we fell in love immediately. We felt the venue was perfect as is and didn't require decoration. After we finished our viewing as soon as we got home we booked it and we're so glad we did!

Right from start all staff members we spoke with were so helpful in helping planning our day and we cannot fault the way they have dealt with the pandemic. We feel so lucky to have had such a great quality of customer service and couldn't recommend them more.

In the run up to our day and all throughout everyone was so helpful and kept the day running very smoothly.

The atmosphere in the barn and surrounding area is stunning and so many lovely photo opportunities!

The food was a massive added bonus, we fell in love with the menu, but unfortunately never got a chance to go to one of their feast nights so we felt we took a gamble with the menu but it definitely paid off - all our guests commented how amazing the food tasted which we were really pleased with!

We honestly can't thank Healey Barn enough for making our special that little bit more special and would 100% recommend this venue to anyone looking at getting married.

Beautiful stunning venue and grounds, followed up with the most friendly staff. We were meant to be a 2020 wedding and the help and communication and options they gave to help us out were amazing! We could not have asked for a more organised team. The first day we were only allowed 30 guests and all the staff there made sure we had the most beautiful wedding possible whilst following guidelines. The second day was just as amazing! A big thank you to the team allowing us to do our wedding how it should have been done in the first place.

The food was outstanding, both times! We didn’t think it could get better the second time but wow we were wrong! Very talented chefs.

Healey Barn was the only wedding venue we viewed and we fell in love with it straight away. It is set in a perfect location, surrounded by woodland and lots of greenery. The venue itself is a beautiful barn with a rustic aesthetic and has a spacious courtyard. When we walked into the ceremony room for the first time we knew that was where we wanted to get married. Every aspect of the barn was perfect and we knew we didn’t want to view any other venues.

We cannot praise the team highly enough. Charlotte and Leanne looked after us from the day we first visited and they were always warm, friendly and helpful. They answered any questions we had (and we had a lot!). We had multiple date changes during the pandemic and, even though they were extremely busy, they completely put our minds at ease. We didn’t have to worry about anything on the wedding day itself. Everything was handled by the team so we were able to completely relax and enjoy our day. We can’t thank them enough.

The food. Wow. The food is genuinely phenomenal. It was a real talking point on the day among our guests who said that not only was it the best wedding meal they ever had, but some of the best food they had ever had - and we agree! The canapés were absolutely delicious and a great start for what was to come. The main meal was fresh, hot, and all tables were served at the same time. The food was delicious, so much so that we have booked to go to one of the feast nights later this year to experience it all again!

We had to delay our wedding four times due to COVID and when the day finally came, we could not have asked for a more perfect day. Healey Barn is a magical place to get married and we were so lucky to have our wedding there. The setting, staff and food are what really set it apart from other venues. Healey Barn will always hold a special place in our hearts.

What can I say about Healey Barn and the amazing staff?! Words are not enough to say how amazing they are! Our wedding day was everything we dreamed of and more. The venue was absolutely incredible and we had the perfect weather! We had so many compliments on how gorgeous the venue was and even though it was cold, everyone used the outside space with the lovely fire pits.
The staff are second to none! Leanne, Jack and Jack were so so welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble, they went above and beyond to make our wedding day extra special. The communication before the wedding was fantastic, they put myself and Robin at complete ease. They recommended suppliers, helped us if we had any problems, they were incredible. Our guests noticed how attentive all the staff were and so many people said it was the best wedding they had ever been to-and we agree! Haha! We had Jack looking after us in the day, and he made us feel at ease, he helped out so much and was a complete superstar! Jack 2 was amazing in the evening as well, thank you both so so much!

The food was also the most delicious food we have ever tasted! All our guests again said it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding!
