I just wanted to say a massive thank you for all your hard work and help with the planning of our wedding on the 10th November. It went beautifully! We were so pleased!! All our guests were so impressed with he venue, you really couldn't have done more for us. I also wanted to say a special thank you to the duty manager who was exceptional. We enjoyed every moment and we were so lucky to have any ounce of stress on the day take away by the brilliant staff.

Very Special Day
Clare and I would like to express our sincere gratitude for giving us such a wonderful day last Saturday. The comments we received from pretty much everybody who attended both the day and evening was positive beyond our wildest dreams, from how beautiful the location was, how lovely the hotel was decorated, both xmas dec’s and the wedding breakfast tables etc, the food, quality of rooms and more importantly how attentive and pleasant the staff were on the day. You have a great team of people working closely together who genuinely appear happy in their work and cannot do enough for the guests at the venue. How they manage to turn the rooms around from moving tables and chairs to setting up the ceremony room in such a short time is nothing short of remarkable. Thank you so much for everything you have done to make our special day even more special. Thank you Ellie and Petr for your attention to detail and making sure nothing was too much trouble on the day.

Amazing and very professional
We had our wedding reception here in November 2012, having booked it earlier in the year. From the start, Ellie and her team were professional, helpful and very calm throughout. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and we felt our reception and our plans were in safe hands. We weren't disappointed! From the moment we arrived, every member of staff was fab. They'd remembered all the little things we'd asked for, set everything up just as we'd asked and were a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole day and the following. The food was amazing and was much-commented upon and the staff on the day were smily, cheery and seemed genuinely wanting to do their best for us, which didn't go unnoticed. I'd definitely recommend Hartsfield as a wedding venue. We had such an amazing day and it was in part, thanks to them.

Great feedback...such a memorable day
Hi Jo Once again Dave and I wanted to say a huge thank you to you, Peter and the team for all your hard work to make our wedding such a memorable day yesterday. It was perfect and we could not fault it in any way. From your effeciency and eye for detail through to Peter acting as a toastmaster, the guys serving at the bar - everyone who played a part in our day put all their effort to make it a success and for that we are truly thankful. It was even better than we could have ever imagined and that is thanks to your hard work and organisational skills - you are a real asset to the Hartsfield Team and anyone else who chooses to have their wedding at Hartsfield can rest assured that their big day is in safe hands. I cant thank you all enough!
I wanted to drop you a note to thank you and your wonderful staff so much for making our special day so memorable. I have heard nothing but praise from our friends and family about Hartsfield and all the staff – Daniel and Peter are such a credit – incredibly professional but also so friendly and accommodating, infact everyone was. I can’t thank you all enough. You made the whole run-up easy for me in particular and the day went like absolute clock work. Everyone said how fabulous the food was – not surprisingly I didn’t eat much but I think the rest of the guests more than made up for it :-)

A big thank you.
Just wanted to say a big thank you for a fantastic time at your hotel last Friday (6/5/11) where our wedding was held. My wife (Leontine) and I (along with our guests) found all your staff to be personable and professional. I'm unable to remember all their names, but we found Daniel (Food & Beverage Manager) to be accommodating and extremely cool and calm throughout what indeed must be a very busy day for him and his team. The names of staff that I remember are Gavin, Yan (or Jan) the barman... along with Katy (or Katie) and Charlotte behind reception. All the other members of staff that day were delightful too... and projected a cheerful and helpful exterior throughout. They obviously have a strong work ethic. Sophie, and latterly Clair were also invaluable in making our day as good as it was. We also thoroughly enjoyed our "menu tasting evening" and found Allison (who was on duty at that time) to be informative, and she helped to put us at ease with her warm nature. We enjoyed coffee with her in your lounge area after our meal. Could you also please pass our compliments to your chef/s for our wedding breakfast... which was very much enjoyed.

Royals are forgotten already but not ours!
Dear Eilis and Alison Thank you both and Daniel for a really amazing day on 9th April. We and our guests had such a fantastic day - our friends are still talking about it (Royals are forgotten already but not ours!) Hartsfield Manor is an ideal venue for such a special day - the grounds are beautiful too. Everything went so smoothly and hassle-free, from our very first planning visit to the day after, all we had to do was to make the decisions and you made it happen - even the hot sunny weather! The service you and your team extended to us and all our guests was efficient and so welcoming. Nothing was ever too much to ask! Please let Darren the chef and his team know that the meal was excellent - our guests could not believe the variety of choice offered and how delicious it all was and how quickly everyone was served. Our thanks to you all for making it a perfect day for us - we have wonderful memories and photos to cherish. We look forward to celebrating many future events at Hartsfield.

Fabulous! Oct 2010
Our wedding went so well, it's not often you can say you wouldn't change a thing, or that nothing went wrong - but it was perfect! The team done a brilliant job in meeting our requirements. And a lot of our guests commented on how good the food was (it was even better than the tasting session). Facilities were fantastic. We had a lovely Bridal Suite, and had a massive room for getting ready before hand. Great to look back and thing that the only thing we'd change is the weather - but it's good luck to have rain on your wedding day isn't it?!
