Hi Bernadette We're not long back from a fantastic honeymoon travelling around America and just wanted to say thank you for making our wedding so enjoyable. Everybody always says that it is really stressful planning a wedding, but we didn't feel like that at all; you made it really straightforward and it was fun organising it with you. The day itself went absolutely perfectly and we loved every minute! Please pass on our sincere thanks to Charlene and the rest of the operations team. The hotel and suites are amazing and many of our guests commented on how brilliant it was. All of the other bits and pieces, like the food and room dressings, were excellent too. Once again, our deepest thanks for all your help - needless to say, our high expectations were easily exceeded and we had a wonderful day which will never be forgotten. The best day ever...
Hi Bernadette Just wanted to thank you for everything that you did for us for our Wedding! It was the perfect day and we wouldn't change a thing. The staff, and in particular Rachel, were amazing too and helped to make it a very special day for us. The Two of Us Suite was even better than we had imagined. We haven't been able to stop talking about the whole experience and get really excited every time we think back. On a personal note, thank you for all your patience, understanding and help during the hundreds of emails I must have sent you!! All you're hard work resulted in the best day ever. Everything was perfect!
Hi Bernadette Just wanted to say a big thank you, we had a fantastic wedding everything was perfect it couldn't have went any better! Everyone commented on how lovely the food was and the staff were so helpful and worked really hard we couldn't fault it! Its a shame the day went so fast it was a fantastic day!

Hi Bernadette, I just wanted to say Thank You so much for all your help in planning our wedding. You were amazing from the start and so helpful, even if i had the smallest queries, it was no trouble. Even on our wedding day, you came up to check on me and it was great to have that personal attention. The staff at the Hard Days Night are a credit to the hotel, every single staff member i came into contact with was so friendly and nothing was too much trouble! Definatly a 5 * service!!! Kelly who looked after us on the day was fabulous, as was Rachael who served us in Harry's Bar. I cant wait to return to the hotel for drinks and we are going to try to book the Lennon Suite for our 1st anniversary next year!! Jenna xx

I would always recommend the hard days night
Marian we had a fantastic day / night the hard days night could not have done anymore for us, we give it 10 out of 10 and everyone commented on how fabulous it was, and you have been great from the very start, you made everything easy for us and I didn't once feel like I was a burden, you was very patient & very very helpful with any questions I had, & Charlene was great on the day & the rest of the team, I would always recommend the hard days night, I would like to thank you & all the team on the day for making our day very special & stress free & a day we will never forget, & I would also look to hold any future events we may plan at the hard days night. MASSIVE THANK YOU
Hi Marian, Just a quick email before we go on honeymoon to say a massive thank you for all of your help. Kelly and the rest of the team did a fantastic job with setting up the room, it looked amazing, and she was a great help throughout the evening. I'm not sure who it was, but one of the girls ran out to Tesco to buy me some safety pins after a dress malfunction, so if you find out who she was can you thank her and tell her she is an absolute star! All of the guests said the food was the best wedding food they had ever had, canapes and the meal, so please pass on our compliments to the chefs, the cheesecake was especially nice! You went above and beyond what I could ever have imagined for the day. We couldn't have wished for anything more. Another MASSIVE THANK YOU! It really was the perfect day.

THE BEST HOTEL in Liverpool
Hi Marian, you have done so so much for us, you made everything so so easy for us, no stress, nothing was to much to ask for. Charlene was a superstar bloody hell you are such a good team, it was like she had a sixth sense and she knew what was needed. Both Nick and I are really proud to be from Liverpool, but to have our wedding in THE BEST HOTEL in Liverpool was the most anyone could ask for. The food was fantastic, although I have to admit I never got to try the scouse, was too busy dancing. But everyone we spoke to said they had never tasted scouse like it in there lives it was the best, so it wasnt blind scouse, there was so much meat loads of it. Thank you and your team for upgrading us to the John Lennon Suite, I actually thought I was going to pee my pants when I saw it, me and Nick were totally blown away by it, and the whole experience, only wish I could play piano, but I think I got my wish Mr buble stayed there whohoo, and Liv was very impress the Bieber stayed there, I thought I might have to get her removed at one point, she was just blabbling about the bieber. Even the bar staff could not do enough to help us, they were fantastic, so friendly and helpful nothing was to much bother. Nick and I would love to come and see you and charlene and thankyou in person.

The Day Went Beautifully...

We Could Not Fault Anything
Hi Bernadette Sorry for not getting in touch sooner we are just getting back into normal life after our wedding and honeymoon! We had the most amazing day and would like to thank all the staff for how smoothly things went. All the guests had a fantastic time and loved the hotel and we could not fault anything. The ceremony and wedding breakfast room looked gorgeous and the food was lovely. The Perfect Place to get Married
Hello Bernadette, Thank you very much for such a wonderful wedding day. Neil and I had a fantastic day, thanks to you and your team making sure everything run as well as it did. We did not have to worry about a thing….just enjoyed our special day. You helped us plan our perfect day in such short notice and we really appreciate all the hard work and effort you put into making it as special as you did. The presentation of our wedding venue, wedding reception and evening reception was fantastic. Not to mention how good the food was. A Truly Amazing Venue
Hi Bernadette, We have just returned back from our fabulous honeymoon and here are a few kind words for you all from our special day. We wanted to say a huge thank you to both you and Charlene for organising the whole day from start to finish. From the first day we came and met you to discuss cost & dates available you made us both feel 100% comfortable & confident in your ability to deliver exactly what we wanted for our big day. You were always efficient in replying to my many many emails i sent to you and put my mind at ease when i felt a bit stressed with it all. On the day of the wedding Charlene was there & made sure everything ran as smoothly as possible...which may i add must of been a bit of a nightmare with our families...she tried her best to make sure everyone was where they needed to be when they needed to be there. Our times were running over at times and Charlene was there to assure us everything would be OK and still run smoothly. The feedback we have had from our family and friends is second to none, everything from the service from the waitress' to the standard of the food was amazing. We will both be recommending the Hard Days Night Hotel to everyone as a truly amazing venue to hold there special day and i am sure our family & friends will be doing the same.
