Hagley Hall is the18th Century home of Lord & Lady Cobham. Set in 350 acres of spectacular landscaped parkland, the Hall with its ornate State rooms and rich Rococo décor offers a splendid and unique venue for your wedding day. The versatility of the Hall means you can choose to have a civil ceremony, reception and wedding breakfast for 110 or a traditional wedding champagne reception (standing) for 250 or if you have larger numbers then you can arrange for a marquee to be placed in the grounds where there are 2 purpose built marquee sites with electricity and water supplied. with the Hall and parkland as a spectacular backdrop. The Saloon, with its ornate plasterwork, offers the most beautiful and historic setting for a civil ceremony seating 90 with quintessentially English views of the village church and cricket ground. After the ceremony, enjoy champagne and canapés in the White Hall with its wonderful arched lobby and scagliola figures of the Gods such as Bacchus and Venus. With views of the Worcestershire hills beyond the landscaped lawns this couldn’t be a more perfect setting for toasting the newly wedded couple. The exquisitely decorated Long Gallery, with its oyster coloured silken wall coverings seats 110 people on round tables of 10 with a traditional long top table providing a lavishness in both style and decor. Exclusive use of this Georgian Palladian Mansion permitting civil ceremonies & receptions together with our experienced staff and bespoke wedding service will ensure that your special day is certainly one to remember.

      Couldn't have been more perfect!
      We booked Hagley Hall for 2 hours, just for the ceremony as we wanted somewhere as grand as a church but without the religious element. I worried that because we weren't having the whole day there that they wouldn't be as accommodating. But I was so wrong! From the moment we booked it they couldn't do enough for us to make those 2 hours perfect. Kate, Tracey and Richard we're all so helpful to us at different stages of the planning and we couldn't have asked for more. Although it was a little pricey, I would highly recommend this venue, it was worth every penny!

      Wonderful venue!
      From our first visit to Hagley we absolutely adored it as a venue for our wedding reception but what really made it for us was the warmth, support and obvious professionalism of the staff, even on that first appointment. No matter how beautiful the venue (and Hagley is beautiful!) without the staff and the service to back it up you’re going to feel anxious as your wedding day approaches and, as any new bride will tell you, there will be quite enough things to worry about in the run up to a wedding without adding the reliability of your venue to the list. We always felt that Hagley were both extremely professional and supportive and, in the event, Hagley and its staff totally exceeded our expectations. A special mention to Tracey here who was amazing in the run up to our wedding and on the day itself. Also, to our caterers Morgans whose food and staff were both fantastic. Many of our guests have commented on how special Hagley’s staff made them feel , not only have we have the most wonderful and memorable time but so have our family and friends!

      The Perfect Wedding Venue
      Nick and I were married on the 16th July 2011. The day was perfect, Richard was the perfect host and ensured the day ran smoothly and the staff from both Hagley Hall and Amedeus worked so well together, it was faultless. We are so happy to have chosen Hagley Hall for the reception of our wedding, it was fabulous. Every person who came to the wedding has complimented us on choosing such an amazing venue, and all have said it was the best wedding they have ever been to, and this is largely down to the expertise of Hagley Hall, Tracey, Richard and yourself. I would recommend Hagley Hall to anyone for their wedding. Highly professional, total commitment and a beautiful day guaranteed.

      Amazing
      Geoff and Angie, got married on 26th August 2011, We contacted Hagley Hall approx 12 months prior to the day and despite us having to change the original day we wanted and several things that happened during the 12 months up to our wedding the people at the Hall took it all in their stride and were completely amazing in their professionalism, support and assistance. They do as much or as little as you want them to, staying quietly in the background or being there for you every step of the way, it's completely your choice. They have several caterers you can choose from for whatever food influence you choose, we cannot recommend Amadeus from the NEC group highly enough! Totally wonderful food! And Kate and Tracey at the Hall found us our pianist,Matthew, and our florist, Lorraine Voss... both highly recommended. From start to finish the day was a success and despite the most beautiful and awe inspiring surroundings the day was relaxed and easy going, exactly what we had requested. You tell them what you want and they deliver. To try and described the beauty of the Hall and the surroundings could not do it justice so go and look around and see for yourselves.

      Quintessentially British
      Not only do you get the most Quintessentially British venue in the area, you get a fantastic team. Living abroad made it quite difficult to find our perfect venue, in one weekend we drove 239 miles searching & finally we found Hagley Hall. It really has everything you can ask for. Including the fantastic team behind it all. The family Cobham - Who so kindly have shared their home. Kate - Head of events, Who thinks of everything imagenable & fills you with confidence that your day will be perfect in every way. Tracy - Events - Was with us on the day and always one step ahead, so all we had to concern ourselves with was having fun! Richard - His immense knowledge of wine, sincerity & practical advice was invaluable. Our day was amazing, everything we could have hoped for and more. Thanks to an amazing venue and an amazing team. THANK YOU!

      We would like to thank everyone at Hagley Hall who made our wedding day such a massive success. They were all amazing and went above and beyond what we expected. The entire day was stress free and ran smoothly with no unexpected hiccups. The team were brilliant and even though we are happily married and the day went without a hitch, it almost seems a shame that the planning is over! Hagley Hall was the first venue we looked at for our wedding reception. There were others but nowhere else came close to the breathtaking beauty, fantastic location, and professional service which were evident right from the moment we were greeted on our initial visit. We both felt really excited at the thought of having our wedding at such a spectacular location. We had also both worried about the difficulty involved in organising an event which we wanted to be as close to perfect as possible. Richard, Tracy and Kate were a pleasure to deal with. Between them they anticipated everything, asked, and respected, our opinions, and offered solid advice based on previous events. They gave us the benefit of their experiences without confining us to doing things their way. Nothing was too much trouble on the day and everything we thought we might have to consider (like what to do with evening guests who arrived before we were ready for them) was dealt with on our behalf in a friendly professional manner. All our guests commented that it was a brilliant day at a fabulous location. The catering was incredible, the venue was well run and even the weather was perfect - something which we had assumed Richard was joking about when he said he would try to take care of it for us!

      A PERFECT DAY
      Our wedding was everything that we hoped for. The venue and the location are amazing, and the staff are professional and accommodating, even letting us use the hall for wedding dance lessons in advance of the big day. We couldn't have asked for more!

      We fell in love with Hagley Hall as soon as we saw it. It is the most stunning venue you could possibly want for anybodies big day!. We didn't have to worry about a thing, they do the catering, staff were very professional and very welcoming, and they even supply with you contact numbers for florists etc. I highly recommend Hagley Hall, it is worth every penny!.

      Fantastic place! Majestic, yet personal!
      Well, what can we say. After getting married we arrived at Hagley Hall to find it decorated to give a beautiful setting. What a view! With flowers, lovely tables and fabulous food, we could have chosen no better venue! Thanks to the Hagley Hall Team for making our day seemingly effortless!

      Perfect day, fantastic venue
      We got married at Hagley Hall on 21st May 2011. The day was absolutely perfect and all went like clock work, mainly due to the attention to detail from Hagley Hall staff. The service was held at St Johns church, next to Hagley Hall so we were able to walk across to the Hall. The weather was beautiful and we had champagne and canapes on the lawn overlooking the stunning views. From booking the venue to the actual day the staff Kate, Richard and Tracey were on hand to answer any queries, provide guidance and chase us on outstanding issues! Tracey was our contact and she liaised with all suppliers (caterers, florist, pianist, cake maker, photographer) to ensure all went to plan. Tracey looked after us on the day and she could not have done more for us, many guests commented on how efficient and helpful she was. We used Morgans caterers and the food and service were exceptional. We would not hesitate in recommending Hagley Hall to anyone, it is a perfect venue in a perfect setting with fantastic service to go with it.

      Just what we were looking for!
      Hagley Hall was the perfect location for our large civil ceremony and reception. It worked for every aspect of what we needed and the staff and owners were very flexible in meeting our requests. All of our guests and us had a fantastic day and the staff were great: very professional and organised. After looking at many venues this stood out as by far the best in Worcs and all surrounding counties as well. The recommended suppliers we used were very good quality and were reasonably priced. Thank you to Hagley for a perfect wedding!

      Perfect country house wedding venue
      After seeing several venues we knew that Hagley Hall was the perfect setting for our wedding. It provided the elegant backdrop we were searching for and much and much more. We were so grateful for the personal and prompt service in answering our endless list of questions right up to the day itself! The caterer and florist we used that Hagley Hall recommended were excellent. The seamless service of the staff on the day made it truly a day to remember.
