Amazing!
We had a lot of contact with Gail, many questions and a fair few meetings. She was always helpful and with a smile and never let us feel like we were wasting her time...On the day Alistair did everything we expected and more. We even had canapes, cake and evening food saved for us...All staff were very experienced....Amazing!!!

I would love to do it all again!
I would like to thank all members of staff who were working over our Wedding celebrations. Everyone was amazing!John the Night Porter kept me company the night before the Wedding when I couldn't sleep. He made me a pot of tea and listened to me getting nervous. Got the wedding albums out for me to look at and get very excited. He was a complete star...Becky from the Spa did my make up - very friendly and lovely on the day. The DJ was very friendly and played guests requests. He even let my nephew (aged 5) sing his favourite song!

If I could get married again, I definitely would!
The Grosvenor Pulford oustands any other venue I have visited. I have recommended it to everyone I have spoken to and if I could get married again (to the same husband!) I definitely would!...The food was beautiful, hot & amazing. All my guests made brilliant comments about it - happy guests, happy me!... A huge thank you too to the waiters and waitresses. They were captured on my wedding video and looked and acted professional. They were very attentive...The Grosvenor Suite was gorgeous, I was overwhelmed when I first saw it... The DJ Simon was lovely and played every song on our playlist... We were extremeley satisfied and happy and will be going back to celebrate our first Wedding Anniversary.

An amazing Wedding
The main thing I remember from the original showround was the warm welcome we received. The Hotel smelt gorgeous and was lovely and clean...On our Wedding day, the food was amazing. Everyone commented on how lovely it was and a few have been back to the Restaurant since...The resident DJ played really current music. Our first dance song was quite difficult to get. He managed to get it and put it on a CD for us...I can't praise everyone enough...We had an amazing Wedding.

We will definitely return!
We are extremeley thankful to have had Natalie help us with our wedding preparations. She was a perfect wedding co-ordinator. Alistair, our Master of Ceremonies was very professional. He ensured we were at the right place at the right time without being instrusive or pushy....The waiters, waitresses & bar staff were all polite and friendly and happy to help.

A special, magical & memorable day
We chose the Hotel not just for its good reputation and its idyllic setting and gardens but also because the family had attended several diffrent functions and events over time and we were impressed with the hotel's ability to cater for large parties. In addition we had enjoyed numerous delicious meals in both Ciro's and Nelson's restaurants. The Wedding Fairs in the following months were extremely useful in sourcing some excellent contacts....The planning, preparation, organisation, attention to detail and personal service were second to none and ensured everyone in our party had a wonderful day.

Amazing!!!
Everything was so organised - made everyone feel very relaxed. The food was gorgeous....The function room was beautiful. Our colour scheme was matched perfectly with the chair ribbons & lighting...I now know why the Grosvenor is a popular establishment to get married.

Everything was perfect!
I cannot recommend this venue enough or praise the staff who work here. From the moment we looked around for the first time the wedding coordinator Natalie was outstanding...The day before the wedding, despite there being another wedding on, the staff made me feel so special and nothing was too much trouble. On the day, everything went perfectly and was so professional. There is no wonder this venue is booked for weddings constantly over the summer months (and busy in the winter too I believe.) We will stay here again for sure.

All first class
We held our daughter's wedding on 15th April. It was a fantastic day. From start to finish, the hotel, facilities, staff & food were exemplary. Maurice & Alistair ran the proceedings smoothly & professionally leaving us to enjoy the day which we duly did....All first class and with service rarely seen in the UK. Each part of the Hotel is excellent, but when put together you get an unbeatable package. I understand the Grosvenor was voted Best Wedding Venue in Cheshire at the County Brides Awards 2011 - I can see why and would recommend the place wholeheartedly to anyone.

Our fairytale wedding!
Everything from start to finish exceeded our expectations. It was all simply perfect even down to the Duty Manager caring for our little 18 month girl who was poorly whilst I was walking down the aisle. Attention like this is priceless! We would recommend this venue 100% & would like to thank everyone involved from the bottom of our hearts for helping us create our fairytale wedding
