Hi Bronwen, Just a short note to say thank you to everyone at GJS for making our daughter's wedding so special. What a fantastic day and evening we had, it really fulfilled all of our hopes for the wedding. The GJS team were fantastic throughout; from reception to late bar and then breakfast, we could not have had better service. Would you please pass on our appreciation to everyone concerned. Dave, in particular, did a tremendous job of orchestrating the whole day and it worked like clockwork. We are so impressed and so happy that we gave our daughter and son-in-law the wedding they dreamt of. Hi Bronwen, Just a quick note to say a huge thank you to you, Dave and all the hotel staff for making our wedding weekend so wonderful. All of our guests had a great time and we have had so many comments about how lovely the hotel was and what a well organised and relaxed event it was! All of the little touches helped to make the whole weekend just perfect for us. Hi Bronwen The wedding was wonderful. Thank you to you, Dave and all the staff at GJS. Everyone was simply thrilled with the venue. People commented on how good the food was, how amazing the rooms were, how much fun it was all being at breakfast together. We are both so happy we made the decision to hold our wedding at your hotel. You are in our list of official thank you's, but regardless THANK YOU: To you for everything you did in the run up to the wedding, we really enjoyed our time with you and your support was unwavering. I just wanted to say a big thank you for your help in organising Zoe & Glyns wedding. It was a fabulous day and everything went like clockwork.The food was delicious and all the staff were so pleasant and helpful. Could you pass on a very special thanks to Dave, he was so calm and efficient in a very unassuming way and made sure that everything ran smoothly and we all knew what to do and when. Many thanks for all your help with preparations and on the day, for our afternoon teas, for our wedding guests. We had a wonderful afternoon, as did all who attended and using the library room worked out perfectly for us. The cream teas were absolutely delicious, as was the cold prosecco and the service was wonderful. We are very grateful for all you did, to meet our requests and make our afternoon perfect. Amazing
The wedding was amazing we had such a good day, all in all everything went as planned and was really brilliant. Food was delicious and hot. It was a real pleasure to spend time at great John street and I would highly recommend it as a venue. We really had a special day, which was helped by the staff and the venue. Fantastic
I just wanted to say a big thank you to you and the hotel team for all your help and hard work for our wedding reception last Saturday. Antony and I really appreciated the little touches (card and rose petals on the bed). The room was fantastic and the roof terrace looked amazing – it was the perfect way to celebrate with friends and family. Could you pass on a massive thanks to the events team, they were wonderful, very helpful and ensured the night went smoothly and without a hitch! Thanks again for a great evening and all your hard work!

HUGE thank you
We just wanted to say a HUGE thank you for all your input into making our wedding day so perfect. Please also thank all the staff at the Great John Street. We had the most fabulous day - the rooftop terrace looked brilliant and everyone complimented us on the venue. Those who stayed over loved their rooms! The food was fantastic (so please pass on our compliments to the chef) The evnts manager was super helpful on the day checking in with us to make sure all was going to plan. A super special thank you however to you for all your time, effort and patience helping us plan the day. Your excellent organisation and attention to detail gave us confidence from the start and it was a pleasure to work with you. It meant a lot to us to be able to make the day so personalised so your flexibility was also greatly appreciated. We'll definitely be back for a drink on the rooftop in the near future to bring back memories of the day! Thanks once again for everything - it was amazing.
