A great venue
We chose Gorse Hill for a Friday wedding in February. The building and grounds look fantastic in photos. It's intimate enough not to be lost within, but large enough to hold all of our guests. The team were very professional and Aisling in particular was very helpful in making sure our day went according to plan. We wanted some substantial buffet options for the evening guests and the hotel provided a wonderful selection. The food throughout the day was first class. We have no hesitation in recommending Gorse Hill.

Perfect
We have recently got married at Gorse Hill. We had the most perfect day. From the moment we booked the wedding every detail has been looked after, Aisling and the team enabled us to have a completely stress free time. Friends & family who stayed in the hotel were all well looked after too and we have had endless compliments about the venue. So pleased we chose to have our wedding here!

An amazing day
We had the most amazing day at Gorse Hill . From start to finish we couldnt fault it . The service was excellent and friendly staff made the day extra special . Food was delicious and good portion sizes . the bridal suite was comfortable and relaxing after a busy day and the cooked breakfast the morning after was a treat to wake up for . Thank you Emma for a fabulous day that will never be forgotten x x

Hi Emma, Just wanted to thank you and all your wonderful staff at our wedding on Saturday. We couldn't have asked for the day to go any better than it did, I had no stress or worries and was only worried that it was all going so well!We would especially like to thank the manager who ran the proceedings in the afternoon, the lovely waitress Katherine and in the evening the barman with the Justin Bieber haircut. Everybody had a wonderful time and recommended that we got married every weekend because it was such a good do.

Hi Emma, Hope you’re well. Let me start by saying a massive thank you! You were amazing your help and attention to detail are unrivalled and we both had the most amazing day. Everything ran like clockwork on the day and that was purely down to yours and your team organisational skills. We didn’t have to worry or even think about a thing – absolutely perfect!Special thanks to you, obviously for your masterful planning and making sure that dining room looked perfect which it did. I’m sorry to say that I can’t remember anyone’s names but I’m not sure I remembered mine on the day so I’m going to have to thank people by description and what they were doing. So The head waiter/our go to guy (Sagun I think) was fantastic, we didn’t want for a thing and he kept everything moving perfectly. I think we were actually the ones holding things up most of the time – too chatty. But really he was amazing and so attentive. Jez just said that he only interrupted us when it was absolutely essential and he was always impeccably polite, which I second. The bar staff were brilliant, there was Barney to begin with and the bar man that took over from him they had great reviews from everyone and kept us watered and entertained. Both really nice and friendly guys and the dark haired barman made absolutely sure we were happy to wrap things up before closing the bar. Genuinely though all the staff were amazing and so helpful and polite and everyone commented on how great the place and its staff were.We have had so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was and how lovely everybody there was. We could not have hoped for better – thank you : )

Perfect christmas
We didn't attend a wedding at Gorse Hill we were there for Christmas day lunch and we couldn't have chosen a more perfect venue for the occasion. We had a warm welcome, great food in a welcoming and cost atmosphere. We will definly be returning this year!!

The perfect venue!
We got married at Gorse Hill in August and we could not have asked for a more perfect day! It really was everything that we dreamed of, beautiful location, delicious food (all 90 guests had clean plates after dinner!) and the staff were all so attentive to our every need both on the day and throughout the planning. We live in NYC, but planning from afar was a breeze with the help of Emma and her team. We truly cannot thank them all enough for the best day of our lives. If we had to do it all over again I would do it at Gorse Hill!!

Huge Thank You
We just wanted to say a huge thank you to the Gorse Hill Team for everything they did for us in the run up to and on the 17th July. The whole day went without a hitch and was much better than we could have ever expected. The hotel is amazing, our families are already planning a return visit next year, and the staff and service first class.

All the staff were so professional, polite and friendly and we could not have asked for more. Everyone had a fantastic time and commented on how lovely the venue is and thought the food was great, some have said its the best wedding they have ever been to! Its a day we will always look back on and say it was perfect.

The most amazing day
