The Fox & Hounds is a stunning Country Hotel on the River Taw with 6 acres of beautiful grounds. We are privately owned and offer a friendly and relaxed atmosphere ensuring everything is run with professional efficiency.We allow only one wedding per day to ensure that you receive personal attention throughout your time with us.Our newly refurbished rooms, bar and restaurant create a beautiful atmosphere for your guests to enjoy themselves. We can also offer outdoor ceremonies in the garden with our lovely new Summerhouse as a backdrop. We can hold ceremonies for up to 130 guests and evening receptions for 350 plus.
New for 2010 - outside wedding license in our lovely Summerhouse on the lawn. Why not combine this with a cream tea canape party for a lovely and unusual wedding reception?
New for 2010 - 2 picturesque lakes with the 'love swing'' - great for photos. PLUS we now boast the largest four poster bed in Devon - SEVEN FOOT WIDE!
