A bespoke service, with exceptional service
Many venues claim that they can provide bespoke service and organise the weddings the way their customers wish them to be organised, but in reality what the customer is supposed and expected to wish is very limited. The attitude of Dodmoor House is absolutely unique. Besides being extremely patient and supportive with organising the wedding, you were also excited to do something different and challenging. We are so happy that our special day was made really special, and we are endlessly grateful to you for making it happen.

very good value for money
Having a dressing facility prior to the wedding was wonderfully relaxing and took the stress out of getting ready for the wedding. Both the day and evening drinks reception was very good value for money, with a good choice of drinks. Dodmoor made the day completely stress and worry free, we were able to completely enjoy the day with no worries at all.

Our Civil Partnership was Completely Catered For
From the very first time we looked round Dodmoor House we knew it was the venue for us. As well as it being a beautiful venue, the staff were so helpful and friendly. As we were having a civil partnership it was particularly important to us that the venue we chose catered for our needs, made us feel welcome and didn’t shy away from discussing the details of the civil partnership as some venues seemed to do. The event planner had loads of ideas immediately about how the venue could work for us as two brides, from how we could get ready separately and arrive without seeing each other to having two aisles so we could both walk into the ceremony. This was a huge contributing factor as to why we chose Dodmoor House and throughout the entire planning this approach was continued leading to a day that was exactly what we wanted.

The best venue that they had ever been to
We felt like our wedding day was just as special to the staff at Dodmoor House as it was for us and felt treated as individuals. We loved the whole experience at Dodmoor and wish that the experience didn’t have to end. The guests all said that the staff were brilliant and that the day could not have gone any better.

You can see why you are so busy!!
From the day I booked until the day itself, I have no regrets and would recommend Dodmoor House to any bride and groom. It was beautiful, rustic, friendly and so professional. You can see why you are so busy – you have got this market spot on! It felt so different to a stuffy hotel where you are just a number. The whole experience felt so personal – every member of staff bent over backwards to help us. The day ran smoothly because you had it under complete control – I cannot thank you enough!

My day was like something out of a film!
Our viewing was magical at night with the storm candles – booking was simple and a seriously easy decision to make. It may not be a ‘cheap’ venue, but it was worth EVERY single penny. My Dodmoor wedding was one of the most amazing days of my life, it’ll always have a special place in my heart. You must keep doing this forever… more brides should experience Dodmoor House and know what a beautiful, special place it is.

Such a personal service!
The service we received was worth every penny, and by the time the 6 week meeting came we saw exactly where our money was going. You made us feel like we were the only wedding even though we knew you had hundreds; it was such a personal service. Your advice and suggestions as to what would work and what wouldn’t proved on the day to be absolutely perfect. The combined expertise and experience you all have is priceless and ensured we had the day we dreamed if without any hitches.

The grounds at Dodmoor are stunning and we are so glad that we chose to celebrate our special day there. The room looked better than we’d ever imagined. Dodmoor turned everything around for us
After such an upsetting and stressful time with another wedding venue, Dodmoor turned everything around for us and helped us look forward. It really was the best day of our lives, and we owe a lot of that to you and your great organisation. Our wedding was in safe hands
Wonderful – we had the relaxed evening in beautiful surroundings we had hoped for. Our wedding was in safe hands and we could see exactly what we paid for – quality, excellent service, beautiful surroundings and peace of mind. The staff were fantastic from start to finish. You did everything you said you would do exactly when you said you would do it – it sounds silly but it doesn’t happen any more.

We knew at first sight it was the venue for us!
We attended an open evening and knew immediately it was the venue for us. We think that Dodmoor is exceptional value for money, particularly the corkage charges which allowed us to offer our guests refreshments we would not have been able to afford otherwise. Service on the date was nothing but superb. All members of the team were both professional and very helpful. Words cannot express exactly how wonderful our experience at Dodmoor was. From the moment we booked to sadly saying goodbye the following morning, we were treated to a first class service. Dodmoor is stunning venue and truly excelled all expectations for the day. We couldn’t have hoped for a better place to say “I do”. Thank you Dodmoor
