Food was delicious and staff were friendly
The wedding went really well, and our guests all commented on how much they enjoyed themselves. In particular two frequent comments from guests were about the food which was delicious and the friendliness of all the staff, from reception, to bar staff and catering. The weather was also fantastic (think we got lucky there!). The Catering Manager was unfailingly helpful throughout the day and the following morning. The Upper Gatehouse and the Great Hall both looked fantastic and helped create the atmosphere we wanted for the day. I think eveyone was extremely impressed with the venue and the bedrooms. All the different parts of the day went very smoothly and we didnt need to worry about any aspect. We would certainly recommend Dartington Hall as a wonderful place to hold a wedding!

Everything we wished for for our wedding
We would just like to say a very big thankyou to all the team at Dartington Hall for the way in which they have handled our wedding from start to finish as it was amazing. It was everything we wished for and more and the service was first class.

A truly memorable start to our marriage
We have had so many compliments from all our friends and family both day and evening that loved Dartington Hall and enjoyed themselves immensely - this is so wonderful to hear as makes it even more special to us. They all commented on how kind and helpful all the staff were as well and this was something that we felt right from the word go when we met the wedding coordinator. The catering manager was a star on the day at looking after us and also the wait staff and the ladies in reception - especially the one who helped my Mum sew her dress back when she tore it - in fact all of them were just fantastic. Compliments to the chefs too - the food was fabulous and a real hit with everyone.

The most wonderful day, loved every minute!
My wife and I would like to pass our thanks to you and your team for your amazing customer care to our wedding. We truly had the most wonderful day and loved every minute, I know it sounds silly but we quite often say how we'd love to do it again!! From the moment I first spoke with you in 2012 everything felt right. You were always available to answer questions, reassure us and help with everything we asked or needed. We were so impressed with everything and so thankful for you all playing a part in creating a perfect wedding day for us!! It's also wonderful that we've got such a lovely place we can now visit with family and friends to remember our special day.

I could not recommend Dartington highly enough
Thank you for all of your help with our wedding, we had such an amazing day last Saturday - It has been so lovely having your help with all of our wedding planning, you have been so brilliantly efficient as well as so helpful, positive and calm throughout, which was just what we needed! Nothing seemed too much trouble for the staff at Dartington on our wedding day and I couldn’t recommend Dartington highly enough as a venue for a wedding.
