Dear Elisa, Just a quick note to say thank you for helping have a brilliant wedding, we really did enjoy ourselves and your help really did reduce the pressures of organising such an event. We would also like to say a big thank you to Marian, he was wonderful, very polite, proffessional and many of the guest were singing his praises. We would also like you know that Mervyn the toast master was brilliant, and we would recommend him to further guests, he kept the flow of day running to time and was so curtious, polite and lovable he really did make us smile. We would also like to say that Richard the DJ was brilliant and helped keep the dance floor full all night, with a good chioce of music for all combinations of guests. We just wanted to thank you for helping to make our wedding day, on 23rd May 2009, perfect in every way. Five lakes was the only venue that we looked at when we initially began planning our wedding reception. The minute that we came to see it we decided that it was the place for us. The staff we met Joanne Pudney were professional and the whole setting was just what we wanted. We have to say that on the day we were not disappointed. There is nothing that we would want to change. We would like to send a very big thank you to Joanne, who I know worked so hard to make sure that we got the day that we wanted. She was fabulous and sorted out all the details perfectly. Anything that we needed changing she did so effortlessly. We were kept informed throughout the whole planning process and nothing was too much trouble. The day itself also ran like clockwork. For that we have Amanda to thank. She was amazing on the day. She seemed to be everywhere and always had a smile on her face! Not only that, she really took the time to interact with our guests – who all commented on how wonderful she was. Due to the great staff at Five Lakes our wedding day passed without any hitches or at least any that we were aware of!. It was the truly memorable day that we wanted. We have had lots of calls from our friends and family saying what a wonderful wedding it was and how much they all enjoyed it. On behalf of ourselves, our families and our guests we would just like to thank everyone who helped make our day so very special. We are very glad that we chose Five Lakes and were lucky to have Joanne and Amanda help to sort out the day for us.

Thank you to all the team at Five Lakes for your hard work in helping us plan and achieve our special day. The Merlin Suite looked amazing and lots of our guests commented on the fabulous food - Please pass on our comments to to the Chef and his Kitchen Team!
