Crockwell Farm

Set against a beautiful backdrop of rolling South Northamptonshire countryside, undiscovered lanes and sleepy stone built villages, lies Crockwell. Our original 18th century oak beamed hall is perfect for civil wedding ceremonies for up to 70 guests, and the permanent marquees attached to the hall provide a superb wedding reception venue where we can comfortably seat up to 180 for a wedding breakfast. We also have seven individually furnished en-suite bedrooms, and can recommend additional accommodation in the local area if required. Crockwell is exclusively yours for the day. We will do all we can to accommodate your ideas and make sure you enjoy your special day in a relaxed setting. We pride ourselves on our personal service and attention to detail.       Dream day
      Like other reviews, Marcus and I saw other locations too but Crockwell won hands down. Hermione and Laura could not do enough for us and despite the weather not being on our side SO many guests raved over the location and the friendliness of Hermione and the team. Every single one of them was instrumental in the perfect running of the day. We would both have no hesitation in recommending Crockwell for your function and would like our thanks to be extended to each and every person there.

      Perfect perfect PERFECT
      We had an AMAZING weekend wedding at Crockwell in May. Hermione, Bay and Laura are perfect organisers – friendly & reassuring. They've seen it all but still make you feel as though they're just as excited for you. This is the personal experience you dream of. Crockwell is beautifully located, the lovely rooms finished with personal touches & the farmhouse breakfast delicious. The barn where the ceremony is held is intimate & an ideal blank canvas for you to add your own theme. Make sure you check out their CD of previous weddings for ideas. We looked at 2 other venues, but once we'd seen Crockwell and found out we could spend the weekend there, it was no contest. On the wedding weekend we spent Friday running round their garden playing with the dog & patting horses, Saturday was our dream day with friends and family and delicious Chopping Block canapes and sit-down meal ("Best wedding food we've ever had" was the guests’ feedback) and by Sunday this felt like home as we waved goodbye to guests then VERY reluctantly packed our bags & wandered round the grounds, soaking up the last moments of our weekend. You can't help but fall in love with Crockwell’s charm. We’re already planning to return to stay over in the cottage. For now, we’re giggling at wedding photos of friends bare-footed and sleeping on picnic rugs under the trees, nephews jumping on the garden trampoline and Dads dancing in the star-lit disco room. If you dream of a country barn wedding, book Crockwell and you'll have the best day too. Hermione,Bay,Laura,thank you & PLEASE keep doing what you do so well. I can see a 10th anniversary renewal of vows may be necessary. Are you free on 22nd May 2020?!

      Perfect Country Wedding Venue
      Wow, what a stunning venue. We lost count of the number of times we were told how beautiful the venue was by friends and family. The staff are incredibly helpful and flexible (even with last minute bunting and guest arrivals!). There is plenty of accomodation for the wedding party and all the rooms are just as beautiful as the venue. We would highly recommend this venue to everyone, it's perfect!

      perfect venue for a relaxed wedding
      Crockwell Farm is set in beautiful surroundings and has a lovely intimate feel which is just what David and I wanted for our small gathering of family and friends to help us celebrate our wedding. Hermione and Bay were instrumental in helping us plan our Day both with caterers (Foodsmiths) flower arrangements (Maureen White) and wedding cake (Linda Deacon). All were superb and followed our wishes to help us achieve a stunning and truly memorable day. Accomodation at Crockwell couldn't be faulted and it was good to have a family gathering for breakfast seated around a large farmhouse table

      It made our perfect day!
      Crockwell really is the home away from home venue - the other venues we visited gave the impression of a 'business'; whereby Crockwell maintained their professionalism whilst providing such a personal service! Hermione and Bay were great throughout the year we were planning - regular contact was maintained, even though we currently live down on the south coast! Laura was truly fantastic and uber organised on the day - I have no idea what Tom would have done without her the day before the wedding either! We literally needed to concentrate on enjoying ourselves on the day! Maureen (a contact recommended by Hermione) - our guests commented on such beautiful flowers - and such a personal & reasonably priced service too. We couldn't have asked for a more personal service from when we first visited a year ago, through to when we left (boo hoo!). Many thanks to you all - a truly unforgettable day!

      The best wedding venue ever!
      The rolling hills that form the backdrop to this quintessential location hark back to the Punjab making it the ideal venue for a day so special that it feels like a home from home. The marquee forms a perfect blank canvas to enrich with a desi vibe with just enough detail from the lighting to the stone walls in the vaulted barn to add a touch of grandeur. The average Indian wedding demands space, function and most important of all, flexibility and Crockwell and its team deliver this in droves. The team make it their mission to accomodate your needs for the wedding of your dreams. Catering, setup and accomodation are dealt with as swiftly as the biryani that is eaten. With it's close links to London, Leicester and Luton I have no doubt that the farm will delight the imagination of other families and entrance them into hosting their own grand celebrations at Crockwell. It is THE perfect venue for a Punjabi party with a twist making our event definitely a day to remember. Thank you to all involved.

      Beautiful and classic country wedding venue
      Crockwell provided a fantastic venue, incorporating the chapel, marque, dancefloor and wedding cottage all of which are beautifully created and maintained. The setting at crockwell is classical and provides the most wonderful country views. The service both before, during and after our amazing day was brilliant and the staff allowed us to have the day we wanted.

      Excellent service, beautiful setting
      Crockwell Farm was an excellent venue for our daughter''s wedding. Unusual, but intimate and friendly. It was good to have exclusive use of the venue. The on site accomodation was perfect for the main wedding party and the staff were very professional and attentive. The cost was reasonable and it was good to have a fully stocked on site bar charging reasonable prices. We had a choice of caterers recommended by the venue. Our choice, The Chopping Block, were excellent. All things considered, a perfect weekend!

      the perfect countryside venue
      we fell in love with Crockwell Farm when we first went to see it. Hermione and the team there are all so helpful, and welcoming. All our guests commented on how beautiful the scenery was there. The only bad thing was the day went too quickly!

      Brilliant. Book it!
      Hermione and her team really made us all welcome and managed the event superbly. The whole day was great. The accommodation was very comfortable and the setting was beautiful. We are so glad we chose Crockwell.
