Wedding receptions are something of a speciality for The Commodore Hotel. Couples can experience a day of celebration starting with an exclusive wedding breakfast, followed by civil marriage/partnership and closing with an evening party all under one roof.

The Commodore is situated overlooking the Sand Bay beach making it the perfect romantic setting for weddings and receptions. We provide excellent banqueting facilities and an extremely high level of customer service, and aim to make your wedding day perfect and one to remember forever.

We offer an experienced Wedding Co-ordinator who will organize everything for your special day. A range of wedding packages are available to suit all requirements and budgets. All wedding receptions are tailored to suit your friends and family’s individual needs.

The Commodore offers its own unique atmosphere specialising in personal service together with caring and attentive staff offering a warm and friendly welcome.

In addition, we offer a 10% reduction off our published rates for receptions booked on any days other than Saturday. For weddings taking place in January February and March 2012 we are offering a superb wedding breakfast for 50 guests at just £1000, which includes a complimentary Bridal Suite and master of ceremonies. The Commodore Hotel has been granted approval by North Somerset Council to use the premises as a venue for solemnization of marriages. Three areas are now available within the Hotel for the ceremony, which can cater for the small marriage of about 10 people to the larger gathering of up to 90. The peaceful setting and stunning sea view bedrooms together with the beautiful Lewis Wedding Suite make this a superb venue
