I want to let you know what a fantastic time we had at our Wedding at Charingworth Manor in May and how much we would like to thank you for all your help in making our day so great. Everyone loved the hotel and had a really lovely time, our guests were very complimentary about the hotel, I do not believe anyone was disappointed with their rooms, their stay or the service they received. We had an amazing time on both the Sunday night with the BBQ and the Wedding Day on the Monday, everyone was so helpful and we could not have asked for either day to go smoother. Everything was perfect and exactly as we would have hoped our Wedding Day would be. The staff were very helpful without being intrusive, we were made to feel so welcome, if you needed anybody or anything there would always be someone there to help. On the Wedding Day we suddenly realised about 15 minutes before we were due to eat that I had not explained how we would like the tables to be laid out, but when we went up to the room where we were to have our meal everything had been sorted for us and it was exactly how we would have wanted it to be, including the decorations on the cake. Everything was so easy to organise, considering we live in Hertfordshire it was not as if we could come down that often. We will definitely be coming back for our anniversary next year and would 100% recommend the hotel to anyone who was looking to get married. Once again thank you so much for all your help, we really could not have asked for a more perfect time.
