We had our Wedding at Cantley House Hotel on the 21st August 2025 and if only we could turn back time and do it all over again EXACTLY the same. Zoe, our Wedding Coordinator was flawless in all she did for us. Nothing was too much trouble and it genuinely felt like one of our friends was working behind the scenes. Dianne was also impeccable in all she did for us. I can't wait to go back even if it's just for a drink and to reminisce of our incredible day. Seamless from start to finish!!

We had a late availability package which was incredible value for money. Lara was absolutely brilliant with us, very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. We were a clueless couple but felt guided well. We had a lot of accessibility and dietry needs which they met and went beyond our expectations. We weren't sure whether we were going to have an indoor or outdoor wedding due to the weather but they were flexible up until the day! We ended up outdoors, and the gazebo was fabulous! We loved the space, the mixture of nice grounds, smart rooms and the barn feel. The food was incredible and the guests loved it. We went for the pizza oven which was fabulous too. We had the best day and wouldn't have changed anything! Thank you to all the staff at cantley who made it amazing!

Where do I begin?!

My now husband Paul and I booked our wedding ceremony at Cantley House, and it was the best decision we've made when it came to our wedding. Given that we're planning a wedding from Canada, we expected there to be some difficulties and challenges in the planning process, but we didn't find that to be the case.

We wanted to have a UK wedding due to travel logistics for some family members, and we don't regret choosing Cantley one bit.

Paul an I talked to Zoe and booked their Signature Wedding package. Zoe made the entire experience so easy. She listened to what my husband and I envisioned for our wedding and made suggestions on how to achieve our goals.

During the planning stage, she answered any questions we had, made suggestions with any concerns, and accommodations where accommodations to requests could be made. We were in constant communication, and she was amazing at all the different changes we made throughout this planning stage. We did a run through of the venue with her a few days before our wedding, and made any last minute changes. This being the first time we actually laid eyes on the venue, it was better than what we saw on the photos. Incredible layout!

Now the wedding day. Zoe made the entire day so seamless. I felt like Paul and I were able to just focus on each other and the importance of that day. It was such a stress free day! We didn't have to think or worry about anything. Zoe and the rest of the team just made it so easy. They were excellent at moving the event along and moving people to where they needed to be. When Zoe had to leave, she made sure that we were aware, and she caught Mateo(?) up to speed. Mateo took care of the rest of the evening and made sure that the evening carried on smoothly.

Honestly, it was such a stress free day! Exactly what we were hoping it would be. It was a day full of love and laughter, smiles and tears of joy. Very little worries and no stress. We couldn't have had that if it wasn't for Zoe, Mateo, and the rest of their team.

Emma Julian sorted out all our needs and throughout our whole stay there. The venue is an amazing place from the start of our wedding outside in the sun to going in for the wedding breakfast and through to the afternoon/ evening party.

We got married at the Cantley House Hotel in April. From the start, we were impressed by their knowledge, professionalism, flexibility, and value for money. We had been to see many other venues, and none offered the flexibility to personalise our wedding to the same level that Cantley did- it truly felt like our day. Our wedding coordinator Emma was on hand during the lead up to ask questions to and sort out all the finer details. We were well-looked after on the day and we didn't need to think about any of the running of the day, it was all handled so smoothly. For us, it was important to have a venue where all our guests could stay too and the rooms were all very comfortable. We couldn't have asked for anything else from the team.

We held our wedding here on April 18th, and it was quite simply the most amazing day of our lives. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless. The staff were incredible—professional, attentive, and dedicated to making sure everything ran smoothly. Our guests haven't stopped raving about how stunning the venue was. We truly couldn't fault a single thing and can’t recommend them highly enough!!

From start to finish Lara, our wedding coordinator was helpful, organised and totally supported us to create our dream day. The venue is stunning, and the whole wedding team really know their stuff! The staff were so friendly and our guests had the best time and stay. We had fabulous feedback from our guests. The food was delicious and we found the wedding package we got to be of good value for money. We cannot thank every person enough for making our dream day possible. Highly recommend!!

Spacious venue in beautiful surroundings. Great wedding packages, fully inclusive options available at very competitive prices. Experience wedding planner and knowledgable staff. The day was managed with care and understanding. Great food and ambiance. Overall far exceeded expectations.

We had our wedding at Cantley house hotel this March. Lara who helped us plan our day was amazing from start to finish. The attention to detail is second to none. We told her what we wanted and she put it all into a plan. On the day everything was organised down to the finest detail so we just had to worry about ourselves. We hired the whole hotel which was amazing as our guests could totally relax and our children felt safe. The food was awesome, the bedrooms luxurious. Couldn't recommend enough.

Cantley House Hotel, specifically Emma, made planning the wedding a dream from the initial meeting to the big day. Emma has always been on hand to answer all questions and put together our plan for the day.
Cantley House offer a range of packages to fit to your budget including micro wedding, exclusive hire, and midweek/Sunday. All additional charges are priced and agreed upon ahead of time.
We were able to set up the ceremony room the evening before and store boxes for the day in the hotel overnight. We were even able to store the cakes in the function fridge the night before. Emma was on hand to help in the morning as the groom and friends set up the briar room for the wedding breakfast. This ensured everyone had plenty of time to get ready before the ceremony.
Dianne and the team ensured the smooth running of the day and made the two of us feel relaxed and spoiled. As we exited the ceremony in the oak room she was waiting with a mug of mulled cider for us both and ensured a plate of canapés were behind the bar for us after photos.
Our room for the night and breakfast were included in the package. There was a whirlpool bath in our room which was perfect for relaxing in. Breakfast was in the stables restaurant with continental buffet and hot food options to order. It was exactly what was needed after a day of celebration.
I can’t recommend Cantley House enough from the support during the planning to the seamless execution of the day.

We had our wedding at Cantley in October 2025. The communication was brilliant in lead up to wedding. Emma and Diane from Cantley were brilliant and guided us throughout the day. Nothing was too much. Lovely to have the option of having the venue to ourselves and all of the rooms.

The day went very smooth and guests commented how great the venue, staff, food and accommodation was.

We were married in the Oak Room - absolutely stunning room. The Briar Barn for our wedding breakfast - again absolutely beautiful. Our bedroom suite was lovely, huge comfortable bed with a newly refurbished bathroom with a spa bathtub and a walk-in shower, beautiful grounds for your photos too!
The staff are exceptional, Emma our wedding organiser and Diane and the team on our wedding day were just fantastic, warm friendly smiles, they couldn't do more for us and made sure our day went smoothly. The wedding food was delicious - compliments to the chefs too!

The staff were super attentive, and they were always there when we needed them. Everyone was really friendly, and we had a few last minute changes that they were happy to honour for us. Lara was also amazing at answering all our questions leading up to the day.

The food was absolutely delicious, and we heard so many guests compliment it. They took great care of our things, and everything was left in one place for us to collect the following day. We booked the DJ through the venue too. And he was brilliant, took all the requests, and kept the floor alive. He also skipped any songs we didn’t like.
