We wont forget the kindness shown particularly the day before and the small touches made by everyone. Dear Danielle We cant thank you enough for helping out with our day, it was fantastic and everything went perfectly, Barry was brilliant and kept everything running smoothly, Richard did a brilliant DJ set (unfortunately there is photographic evidence of the dancing!) and the staff on the day were beyond excellent, they really made us feel relaxed and went above and beyond to make sure everything was to our liking. Honestly we are lost for words as to how great everyone was on the day and thank you so much for everything! Regards

Dear Emma I thought I would send you a short note, as we start to come back down to earth after the celebrations. I wanted to thank you for all your help and support, I am sorry if we were a bit difficult at times as we tried to deal with all the exceptions etc but you did a brilliant job and were very patient with us. You were also very careful and diligent in making sure we had just what we wanted and we all really appreciate that. Although much of the actual day was a bit of a blur it was great that you had it all in hand and it seemed to go very smoothly indeed. Perhaps you would be good enough to pass on our thanks to all the team, including the evening support, that helped to make it such a happy and joyous occasion. Many people commented on the lovely food and others also appreciated the trouble that had been taken over the dietary needs etc, so a big thank you to the chef for his efforts. We were therefore delighted with our choice of venue and felt that BHP did a super job and we would certainly recommend you, the team and the hotel to others looking for a suitable venue. Hi Emma, I just wanted to send a quick note to thank you for all your hard work towards our wedding. From day one I have felt confident that everything would be fine in your capable hands and I wasn't wrong. You were happy to accommodate any requests and my day ran smoothly. The flowers/decorations were just as I imagined and everything I asked for was remembered and done. We were also really impressed with all the hotel staff, from reception, who were letting me know about early check in, to the waiters and the bar staff - they were all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We had our dream day with our guests in a relaxed and fun environment which was always what we wanted. I wouldn't hestitate to recommend Brands to any of my friends. We had a magical day. Hi Catherine, I just wanted to email to thank you for all your help in making our wedding last Saturday into such a wonderful day. Everyone had said what a wonderful day they'd had and I've really got to thank you for this - nothing has ever been too much trouble, any requests I've made have always been looked into and dealt with and everything ran to clockwork. It was so reassuring to know that you were there on the day and available if need be. The staff did a truly amazing job - they were courteous, very hardworking and nothing was too much trouble which we very much appreciated. We had so many comments on the venue which was reassuring because those were exactly the reasons why we chose it in the first place. I hope your company is aware how good you all are! Jane, right up until the day before you were so accommodating with last minute changes, and so calm and helpful, it was great working with you! A HUGE thanks for organising our wedding! It was without doubt the best day of our lives and everything ran as smoothly as it could have done. We were over-running by about 1 hour but the staff were lovely and didn’t make me worry or anything. Please could you pass on our thanks to Tim Gehrke – he was superb. He was great fun and very professional at the same time and kept my mother-in-law in check all day long he’ll understand!. Richard our DJ was brilliant and Elvis went down a storm. Even John Yarrow, our toastmaster asked if he could stay on for the buffet because he was enjoying himself so much??!! A lot of guests commented on how lovely the venue was and the room looked spectacular. So, many thanks for your efforts. Many thanks again for the greatest day ever. Saturday 24th November
Lauren and Michael’s wedding was everything we could have hoped for. Their wishes and plans, with your expert help, turned into a wonderful success and the team that you I think put in place were superb. The room was immaculate for the ceremony and I was amazed at how well it was turned round for the breakfast – it looked lovely. Tim helped us from the moment we arrived on Friday evening, right through to the end of the meal on Saturday, and he kept in touch with me all the way through. David took over for the evening and I think he had his hands full as we were a lively crowd. The whole team coped very patiently and with the right amount of fun. All our guests commented on how good the meal and the buffet was so please pass on our compliments to the chef and kitchen staff. The flowers, which were supplied and arranged by Dawn, were beautiful, and the disco was great – the dance floor was never empty. Last but not least, Barry the Toastmaster was absolutely great. He kept everything moving along so well with exactly the right amount of control. Once again, many thanks from the Dotter family and the Graham family and especially me.

I just wanted to say on behalf of the Bride and Groom who are now sunning themselves in the Maldives, a huge, huge thank you to you, Catherine, Barry and the staff at Brandshatch Place Hotel. I know you certainly had to work earning your money for this one as Ian and Jazz can be very demanding. oh and the video You held your cool and managed the day perfectly and I know my thank you's are echoed by all the guests i spoke to during and after the big day. A big thank you also goes to the lovely receptionist who was on in the evening of the wedding and the next morning for helping so much to keep Ian distracted as we sabotaged the Merc! Once again, a huge thank you to you all. The day was perfect.
