Tim & Kerry's Wedding
Having worked at the Valley as a waitress I knew that they were professional and organised at hosting Weddings. Tim and I had a beautiful Wedding on the 26th of June 2011. A very relaxed and enjoyable day.

Perfect hotel, staff and location for our wedding
Dave and I had the best day and we could not have wished for anything more thanks to the staff at the Valley Hotel, especially Hazel. The whole day ran perfectly without us having to worry or concern ourselves about anything, Hazel took care of everything and the food was beautiful (with a good selection). All our guests have commented on how lovely the hotel was, the setting and certainly how good the staff are. I would recommend the hotel for a wedding it is big enough to accommodate all you want but is still an intimate hotel with a very personal touch.

Perfection
We had a fantastic day at the Valley. Everything was cordinated precisely and all the stresses of the day were bourne by the staff. The food was great and there were no problems at all during the whole day and evening. We would not hesitate in recommending the Valley to anyone looking for a venue for there big day. Thanks to all the staff for making it a memorable day at the beginning of our lives together.

Fantastic.
We got married on the 4th April 2010, and had a fantastic day.Everyone at The Valley Hotel was very helpful and nothing was to much trouble.The food, was outstanding both in the day and the evening.The Valley will always be special to us and we would recommend it to anyone wanting a perfect venue for their special day.

We had a wondeful day
We got married here in April 2010. Lisa and Hazel from the events team, and indeed all the staff were fantastic from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We used the Severn Suite for 90 guests, which was a perfect size. The food was fantastic - there was a good choice available too. We had a wonderful day and would highly recommend the Valley to any couples looking for a venue in the area.

Could NOT be improved upon!
Through every step of the way, Lisa and Hazel (the event managers) did their utmost to make sure everything ran smoothly and to our requirements. They and their team excelled in this. The hotel provided the perfect venue, the food in the Chez Maw restaurant was out of this world (as was the evening buffet). We thoroughly recommend The Best Western Valley Hotel to anyone looking for somewhere for thier special day. You WILL NOT be let down.

Best day of our lifes!
We had our reception here, the Saturday before Christmas.I can not recommend the setting or the staff highly enough. Hazel was excellent, she calmed me down, looked after the guests and was the perfect toast master! The food was yummy and came out boiling hot. Have your wedding here you won't be disappointed!

Fantastic day one to remember
30/01/10 Our hole experience of getting married has been an enjoyable and relaxed one and this is thanks to the wonderful staff at The Valley they helped us from beginging to the end. We had so many lovely coments from all our guests about the ceremony,food,venue and the staff. We would highly recomnend using the Valley to everyone.

Fantastic venue in wonderful surroundings.
The Valley is a wonderful venue with loads of charm and personality which sets it apart from other venues. The events team dealt with all our arrangements in a helpful and friendly way, happily putting our minds at rest over last-minute panics. Our guests were full of praise for the finger buffet in terms of quantity and quality, and we felt confident to enjoy our day while Lisa and the rest of the team took care of everything. We would strongly recommend the Valley Hotel to anyone planning a wedding in the area.

Absolutely Fantastic
Was an absolute fantastic day. The Staff were absolutely fantastic, very efficient and nothing was to much trouble for them. I couldn't of asked for anything more. Everything right from the beginning when we went forour first showround doen to the day after when we checked out was avsolutely brilliant and i am so pleased i chose this venue to hold my special day.

Excellent staff, beautiful hotel, great food !!
The hotel is perfect, the surroundings are beautiful, our day went without any problems, staff are extremily efficient and made everybody welcome. I would reccommend this venue very highly.
