Thank you for everything
I just wanted to say a big thank you to you and all of your staff who worked the night of our wedding rehearsal dinner and wedding reception. We chose the Royal Adelaide because of the high level of service, helpfulness and efficiency and we were not let down on the wedding day. The reception room looked beautiful, the food was delicious (even my snooty American relatives raved about it), all of the staff were available and happy to assist, and everything was as smooth and stress-free and I could have hoped for. There was a young man waiting the tables whom my guests kept commenting was especially pleasant. I can't tell you what a relief it was to have the confidence that everything would be taken care of and to not have to worry about that on my wedding day. Everyone had a great time and I would recommend your hotel to anyone. Thanks to all of you, you really helped make our big day very happy. All the best, Christina and John

Well done
I would just like to thank and recommend all the staff that worked on the 21st of September. Well done! From the cleaners of the rooms to all the staff who turned the wedding room round 3 times in the afternoon/evening. Not forgetting the kitchen staff and chefs who came up with a tasty fare 3 times in the same afternoon. Finally the wedding and events team, the front desk you are all so hard working, calm, polite and efficient and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you (The Brides Mother)

Superb Service and Fantastic Venue
Having researched many hotels and Venues for my wedding reception. I finally chose the Royal Adelaide for several reasons. One of the reasons were the staff. I met with the general manager, Phil, and events manager Lorraine, prior to booking. I have to say, they are quite simply two of the most helpful and professional people I have ever met in the Hotel Industry ( just to quantify that statement, I have stayed in hundreds of hotels for work). At no point did they ever say no to me, working around all requests and finding solutions to problems without complaint. Nothing was too much trouble. If you are thinking of having a wedding reception, think no more, simply book the Royal Adelaide. You will not regret it. If you simply want a few nights in Windsor, Id certainly recommend this hotel in an instant. My thanks once again to all at the Hotel, we shall be back.

Perfect Wedding
On Saturday our son got married in Windsor and we had the reception at The Adelaide. I have to say that the team led by Lorraine & Philipp surpassed themselves - they were efficient, courteous and professional. We had worries about 90 people sitting down for a meal, but we shouldn’t have - they brought in their chef from their Cotswold based hotel who did a truly fabulous job. The rooms were modern and comfortable and we were greeted by an excellent breakfast the following morning. I would have no hesitation in recommending The Adelaide.

Fantastic staff and location

Nothing was too much trouble.The hotel itself is located about a 5 min walk from Windsor centre and 1 minute from The Long walk. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and very clean. The catering for our wedding was fantastic, the chef worked wonders for all 80 of my guests, and the 5 course meal was superb. The banquet room is perfect for up to 120 guests, and there is a lovely patio area for alfresco drinks.The bar and restaurant has recently been refurbished and is impressive.The breakfast was of a high standard, and the night after my reception, the hotel sent invites to all my guests to join the new Mr and Mrs for our first Breakfast together. Another nice touch. I would also like to thank the bar staff, the cleaners, waiters and waitresses for quite simply providing my wife and I with the perfect wedding reception. The staff at the front desk are fantastic, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. If you are thinking of having a wedding reception, think no more, simply book the Royal Adelaide. You will not regret it. If you simply want a few nights in Windsor, Id certainly recommend this hotel in an instant.

A wonderful time
Lorraine and Philipp, Jo and I couldn't have been happier with the service we received from both you and the entire team at the Adelaide. Every dealing we had with you was professional and precise but also friendly and *human*; it obviously meant a lot to us that everything went well on the day and, even though I'm sure you have done this many times before, you made us feel special. On the day itself all of the staff we encountered were similarly polite, friendly and professional. Everyone in our extended, and at times riotous, family had a wonderful time incuding the children, who I'm afraid made the bar and reception area their own. Once again, your team made it seem as if this was the highlight of their day rather than the burden it actually must have been. I was also touched to learn that on the following morning a member of your reception staff helped my 83 year old Father put his shoes on, and also offered to do his packing for him. The tip we brought around today represents only a small token of our appreciation but we hope that it shows your team how much we appreciated the efforts they all made on our behalf.
