We booked Mosborough Hall for our wedding in October 2023 after having the initial meeting with them around December the previous year. From the start Kayleigh and Alison were both very professional and easy to get along with. We certainly felt that we had chosen the right venue. They were all so organised and this ensured our big day went perfectly. Nothing was too much trouble and all our guests had an amazing time with not 1 complaint about any of the staff that were on that day. A big shout out to Samuel too who again made us feel like we were in capable hands on the day.

It is worth mentioning that we looked at a few local wedding venues in/around the Chesterfield/Sheffield area and with everything taken into account, the value for money at Mosborough Hall couldn't be beaten in our opinion. We loved how it was just 1 set price and you got so much included where a lot of other venues would've charged extra for.

We are truly grateful for all the planning and preparation that all the team put into it. We will definitely be back for some anniversary's where we hope to see a lot of you again.

Wow, what can I say. We had an absolutely amazing day at Mosborough Hall. The staff were amazing, nothing to much trouble and the food fantastic. The setting is stunning and can’t wait to see the pictures. The rooms at the hotel for the guests were great and breakfast so nice. I can’t fault one single thing. Alison our Co-ordinator did a good job and every question was answered, and there were a lot during the build up, sorry Alison, lol. And Janine and Jade throughout the day were so kind and considerate of our needs, nothing to much trouble, so thankful for your help. I would highly recommend this venue x

If you want a wedding where it is just your wedding then Mosborough is for you! Everyone is in one place and you truly feel cared for. Alison was amazing and really listened!

We held our wedding here in the summer, and it was juts wonderful, everthing that we had hoped for. ❤️ After having to postpone they were more than willing to help with new dates, advice and everything in between. The venue is just stunning, and staff more than helpful to get you your dream day. I just wish we could do it all over again 🥰

A potential bad experience was saved by the wonderful Tia, who made sure our day was memorable for the right reasons, as the planner we had been dealing with was not responding to emails and had neglect to book an extra room for us, despite verbal assurances that she had.

We were thrilled to have a wedding that was all that we imagined, Annah and her team ensured that the day went smoothly and we can’t thank them enough. The planning was excellent the staff were superb and the venue was lovely.

We wanted to express our thanks to the events team for making sure we had such a wonderful wedding and ensuring our wedding day ran so smoothly. We were both thrilled with our wedding day, had the most perfect day and have since received so many positive comments from our guests regarding how nice the hotel, staff and venue were and how relaxed and calm the day was.

We would like to particularly thank the staff who worked on the wedding day itself, as honestly the whole day ran without a hitch and Tia herself was excellent on the day, overseeing the whole event.

We got married at Mosborough Hall on the weekend before Christmas, December 2016. The hotel gave us the opportunity to celebrate over a full weekend with an intimate family meal on the Friday evening in the main hotel, the ceremony and wedding reception on the Saturday in the Chatsworth Suite and a farewell breakfast on the Sunday morning. All the hotel staff (especially Pat and Lucy) were brilliant and made the weekend one that our guests have praised and we will remember for a very long time. A wedding is what you make it - and we provided lots of little extra details and additional entertainment for our guests and Mosborough Hall where only too happy to support our plans and offer guidance and suggestions to use the venue to its best. Mosborough Hall has a separate wedding suite (Chatsworth Suite) with a private bar and open air courtyard, ceremony room and function room. We were impressed with the care and attention that the staff gave to decorating the venue with what we provided. The ceremony was magical - the ceremony room looked superb with a giant Christmas tree, beautiful flowers, candles and all the little touches we provided. The weather was kind to us and the grounds provided an ideal backdrop for the photographs, the wedding meal was excellent and our guests have all commented on what a wonderful day it was. In the evening the hotel fired up the pizza oven in the Cashtsworth suites private courtyard and our evening guests enjoyed freshly baked pizza rather than a buffet - a great little touch. Thank you Mosborough Hall, you made us feel very special and all this at one of the busiest times of the year.

Now we’ve arrived back from our Honeymoon and come back down to earth a bit, I just wanted to send you a quick e-mail.

THANK YOU SO SO SO MUCH for absolutely EVERYTHING! Our Wedding Day was without a doubt the best day of our whole lives. Thank you for always being there to answer all my questions no matter how daft they have seemed. You made the whole process for initial enquiry to the big day so smooth and easy for us and it made the whole planning process that much more exciting and stress free! Thank you so much for being there on the big day to keep everything running so smoothly. I don’t think anything went wrong at all and that’s all down to you and the team!

All our guests commented on what a lovely venue it was and how friendly and helpful all the staff were. My Dad also thinks you are fantastic and I think he liked being bossed about a bit and been told where to be and when so he didn’t have to think too much about anything and could just relax and enjoy himself!

What can I say? First day back at work and all I can do is sit here thinking about what an incredible wedding K and I had. Words simply cannot express how deeply, deeply grateful we are for putting on exactly the wedding we had hoped for. Numerous people had warned to expect something to go wrong, but from start to finish you and the staff at Mosborough Hall made sure it went amazingly (even before the actual wedding day!) - no small feat.

Your wedding is the one day you want to go absolutely perfectly, and you and the team gave us just that.

So please pass on our heartfelt thanks to the rest of the team for all their hard work. It was an utterly beautiful and special day and I keep getting messages from people saying how much they enjoyed it!
