Rude manager
We had our wedding in September 2010. When we first booked with Jordan we felt confidant all would run smoothly. Sue Barnes actually looked after our wedding. Sue is the Manager, she is rude, un-organised and does not listen. There was 2 weddings on , on the day we got married and the hotel can not cater for 2. I was stood infront of the other bride at least 3 times, our guests had no where to sit between events. No bar area. Taking pictures was a nightmare far too many people around with 2 lots of guests!! The food was amazing the staff were miserable. When we tried to complain Sue answers her own complaints you can not get hold of the owner. Please be aware this hotel due to management is not all it makes out to be . Do not spoil your day.

Wedding Day ran smoothly

Perfect Wedding Day
Just a note to say a big thankyou to everyone involved in making our Wedding on 18th April so perfect! Nothing was too much trouble and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. All our guests had a wonderful time and lots of people have commented on how nice the meal was.

Ran like Clockwork

Truly Wonderful & Memorable Occassion
I would like to say a big thankyou to you and all of your staff for making our Wedding Day a truly wonderful and memorable occassion. The service we received was impeccable and we and our guests couldnt fault it at all. The food was superb, and the comments we received from our guests about the wedding breakfast were faultless, the food you served us was delicious. The bedrooms were great, but most of all it was down to Sue and your staff making the day so special for us both. I would have no hesitations in recommending your hotel as a wedding venue, it was perfect, just a shame the day went far too quickly!!

Special Wedding Day
Just a little thank you for making our Wedding DAy on 4th July 2009 so special for us. Everything ran really smoothly and I dont know his name but the person that kept checking with us as to when things would happen did a great job so please pass on our thanks to him. I know I didnt want the Spa Bar originally, but with the round tables in everyone commented on how lovely the room looked and how much room there was. Please thank everyone involved in making our Wedding Day so special we could not have asked for it to be any better.

The food was wonderful
