Wonderful Occasion
After having our wedding at the hotel we just wanted to thank you for making it such a wonderful occasion. It was a pleasure to deal with such polite and courteous staff, both in the run-up to the wedding and on the big day itself. We appreciated the fact that you always made time to see us and answer any questions we had no matter how silly they seemed and the way you accommodated all our requests. We were extreamly impressed with the quality, and quantity of the food at both the wedding breakfast and the evening buffet. Many of our guests have commented on how nice the food was and how well it was served and presented. The childrens meals seemed to go down well with the yonger guests too. We were lucky to get a bright, sunny day and so were able to take advantage of the pictureesque grounds of the hotel and have our photos taken. Overall, the whole day was perfect, from the beautiful, colour coordinated decoratin of the rooms where we had the ceremony, meal and reception to the helpfullness, efficiency and professionalism of all the staff, who went out of their way to ensure everything ran smoothly. We would definatly recommend the Alicia to anyone who was having a function of this kind and we ourselves hope to visit the hotel again in the not so distant future.

Very Impressive!!
We both wanted to thank you sincerely for the way you looked after us, leading up to and during our wedding day. You were so considerate and so proffesional and you and all the Alicia staff helped make our day so special. Your attention to detail was amazing even down to introducing the meal in Spanish - very impressive Fergus! We both enjoyed planning our day with you and we certainly enjoyed the day its self. Every guest commented on the venue, the ceremony, the food but most of all the professionalism of all the staff. Thank you Fergus

So many people complain, yet so few are reluctant to give thanks. Having travelled around most of the world and experianced some of the highest quality service.I have had the oppertunity to say that a small hotel in the UK has exceeded other countries in quality & service. Both myself & Mike, would like to say a very special thanks to all the hotel staff, and to Fergus for the fabulous day we had on Saturday. All our guests have been very complimentary of the staff and said the food during the day and evening buffet was spectacular. To say our day was truly memorable is an understatement, and this would not have been possible without your help, hard work & support.

Amazing Bridal Suite
We would like to thank you for all your hard work in making our Wedding Day such a wonderful and special day to us, at the Alicia Hotel. Everything from the setting up of the rooms for the wedding service to the meal was absolutly fantastic. Also the hospitality and service that we received from yourselves and all the hotel staff was overwhelming and amazing, you all made the day special. The Conservatory was really beautiful and the main room for the nighttime, everyone including us said the DJ was great and the music was really good. We couldn't of wished for more.

Superb
Your arrangements were superb. From our arrival, the red carpet, champagne & nibbles to the arrangement of the Sefton Suite. the preparation and serving of the food, wine etc could not of been bettered. I would like you please to thank the staff for their service, their cheerfulness and help. I have through the years, attended many functions, but found your staff and of course your good self to be top of the list the combinatin of which made our day perfect. I look forward to coming again for the occasional meal,and will of course highly recommend you to my friends and colleagues.

Exceeded Our Expexctations
Now that life has returned tonormal, we just wwanted to let you know how very impressed we were with the way in which you and your team at the Alicia accommodated our needs. The wedding day in general was wonderful - everything we could of hoped for - and the Alicia Hotel not only met, but exceeded our expectations. Lesley deserves a special mention and our thanks - she was always friendly, helpful and efficient nothing seemed too much trouble for her. As hotel and catering professionals ourselves, we know how demanding prospective brides/grooms and their parents can be - Lesley handled us all with consummate ease and remained calm throughout. Many of our guests have commented on the food served at the reception - and the generous portions! Having met your Head Chef, he is to be commended on the quality and presentation of the food. Your employees at the alicia are a real credit to you.
