Everyone at the Muthu Belstead Brook couldn’t have done anymore for making our day go without a hitch. You all worked so hard to make everything to detail look just perfect. But a very special thanks really does go to Amy, Vali and Elvis you really did go above and beyond to make sure our day was just perfect. I made all the decorations, from welcome board to seating plan, button holes, confetti, bouquets and a spare one to throw, pumps for myself and my sister to dance the night away, flowers in hurricane vases, to shot favours the lanterns and eucalyptus garlands with lights on. And you really did put everything together just how I imagined it would be and more.

Alice at Milsoms is absolutely lovely and amazing. Shehelped make our day so special and flexible to our budget. We wanted a small and intimate ceremony with our close loved ones and friends. We achieved that and so much more. The team were amazing and arranged all my decorations I had prepared myself which made it even more personal and special to me and my now Husband :D. We also got to play our own music which made our wedding breakfast even more lovely listening to the songs that made us think of eachother over the yearsof being together. It really was beautiful. The food and drink were absolutely delicious, everyone said how amazing it all tasted so compliments to the amazing chef. Such high quality all throughout the day, they really couldn't have done it any better. I just wish we could do it all again! Can't wait to return on our anniversary and celebrate with you again for years to come. Love the Bonds ❤️

I could rave about our experience at the Wilderness Reserve until I’m blue in the face. From start to finish, there was not one moment I felt concerned or stressed and that is all thanks to the wonderful Wilderness team. My positive experience started right at the very beginning when we were researching wedding venues. On the website there is a WhatsApp number which links to someone on their sales team. IMMEDIATE brownie points - communicating over WhatsApp is my preferred way of working. Within 30 seconds of me sending a message, I received a response from Tom letting me know he was on annual leave but he still managed to send me information that would wet my appetite until he was back in the office. Huge win. We didn’t end up viewing any other venues because as SOON as we turned up we fell totally in love. There’s 3 gorgeous estates at the wilderness reserve that you can choose from and we picked 2 to have exclusivity over for the weekend. The pickle at the time was that one of the estates wasn’t even built yet!! Throughout the entire build up to our wedding, the team kept us in the loop of building progress, easing any worries or concerns we had about it not being completed in time, and they kept to every single promise made to us. Then comes the actual wedding. My husband and I are not ones to shy away from elaborate plans. We like to create events for our nearest and dearest that are, let’s just say, not logistically easy. We are also not the easiest people to work with. We want fast, easy communication, solutions to problems before we even see the problem and value for money. But this didn’t frighten off the Wilderness Team. Tori and her team were nothing short of epic. As a couple, we are very particular. We know how we wanted this weekend to go and any deviation from that plan wasn’t on the cards. Our wedding spanned across 3 days, with each day being an entire event in itself and every single day went the way we had imagined it to the LETTER. There was not a single flower out of place. I still don’t know how they did it - brought to life plans that lived entirely in our heads - but they did. It was worth every. Single. Penny. It’s a year on from our wedding now and it’s still talk of the town amongst our family and friends. No experience will come close to what we had that weekend and we owe that to the Wilderness Reserve and the unreal team working there. My only regret is that we can’t do it all over again!!

We had our wedding here in April and it was absolutely incredible. Throughout all planning, the staff were attentive, helpful and very welcoming. It made planning it a dream! The location is absolutely beautiful surrounded by fields and wildlife with dreamy backdrops for photos. Honestly cannot thank each and every one of them for their hard work and determination in making our day so perfect! Thank you so much

Such an amazing wedding day made all the more special by this beautiful venue. We fell in love with Tudor Barn when looking for a venue and were so glad we chose it for our dream wedding. We had many of our guests commenting on how beautiful it all looked and how relaxed they felt being in such stunning surroundings. We chose to have our ceremony in the woodland area which added to the experience. Henry, and Clare, our wedding coordinator, were extremely professional on the day and in the build up

The rooms at the venue were so beautiful on their own, that we only needed to add a little bit to make it our own and exactly what we’d envisioned. The staff were incredibly professional and friendly. Nothing we asked was dismissed and we weren’t made to feel a burden despite our many questions! They were incredibly helpful and made sure the day ran smoothly for us

Gregg and Charlotte, along with the whole team at the Jockey Club Rooms, were absolutely outstanding. Our venue was everything we could have dreamed of — it felt like something from a fairytale and made the day feel so magical from beginning to end. Everything was perfect and ran so smoothly, and that is entirely down to how well everything was managed and coordinated. Gregg and Charlotte handled everything with such professionalism and care, and we felt completely looked after throughout. We were able to relax and truly enjoy the day, and all of our guests had the most fantastic time. We honestly cannot thank them enough and would recommend the Jockey Club Rooms to any couple without hesitation. Gemma & Ashley

Absolutely perfect!! We had the most perfect day (so much so my husband wants to do it again!!) thank you so much to every single staff member - especially Zoe. Not sure if I was quite a bridezilla but I did have lots of questions and anxiety, wanting to ensure the day went as smoothly as possible and all guests were catered for; Zoe was a star. Put up will all of my query’s and resolved them so quickly. Thank you for making our day so perfect , and of course putting up with me 😂🩷 P.S that’s not even mentioning the delicious food or stunning location OR fabulous rooms!!! Love Steph and Ryan x

We had the most incredible experience at Woodhall Manor and genuinely loved every second of our wedding day there. From the very beginning, our wedding coordinator Mollie was fantastic—always responsive, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She was so patient throughout the entire process, which made everything feel calm and easy, even in the lead-up to the big day. On the day itself, the staff were amazing—attentive and on hand whenever needed, but never intrusive. They struck that perfect balance that let us feel completely looked after while still being able to fully enjoy every moment. The manor itself is simply stunning. It created such a magical atmosphere and was perfectly suited to the size and feel of our wedding. The rooms were beautiful, the meal was absolutely delicious, and the reception room was nothing short of phenomenal—it all came together better than we could have imagined. One of our favourite moments was ending the night back in the king suite, relaxing in the jacuzzi bath and taking a quiet moment together to soak it all in as Mr and Mrs. It was the perfect way to finish such an unforgettable day. We’ve had so many of our guests tell us it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to—and we completely agree. Woodhall Manor made our day truly special, and we wouldn’t change a single thing.

We visited many venues, each more Beautiful than the last but overall the quality of service received from the Holiday Inn was really second to none, Claire and the team were on hand throughout the planning process and made sure that nothing was forgotten. They made what could have been a very stressful experience into an easy one. The day itself couldn’t have gone smoother and everybody went out of their way to make sure we had the most memorable day as possible. Even when the meal and speeches ran over they still managed to turn everything around and have the room ready for the evening to start on time! With a three course meal, an evening buffet a DJ and accommodation for the couple included in the package it really did take all the worry out of the nitty gritty that so often gets overlooked or overwhelming. If you’re looking for a very reasonably priced venue with wonderful and attentive staff then this one is highly recommended. We were surprised at how easy everything was from the initial contact to the menu tasting right through to the day itself, and with discounted rooms for all wedding guests, the whole wedding party were able to stay making it all the more special at breakfast the following morning.
