Winter Berry Mojito (Paul E. Lee)
- 1 - Muddle crushed cranberries and mint leaves
- 2 - Mix a measure of gold rum with fresh-squeezed lime juice and a sprinkling of sugar
- 3 - Add a dash of soda water and serve
Tanqueray Almond (Ian Howell)
- 1 - In a snifter (brandy glass) add a measure of Tanqueray London Dry gin, a half measure of almond liqueur and a splash of bitters over ice
- 2 - Mix in a dash of sour mix and stir
- 3 - Garnish with maraschino cherries and serve
Polar Bear (David McLaughlin)
- 1 - Gently heat the same measure of milk and double cream to near boiling
- 2 - Add lots of white chocolate and Kahlua and warm through until the chocolate melts
- 3 - Whip up some cream and pipe on top
- 4 - Sprinkle with grated milk chocolate and serve
