Kathy made all of the invitations and wedding stationery herself. She used a pearlised card tied with peach ribbon and then accessorised with tiny crystals to add that touch of bling to the day. Mark used his calligraphy skills to address the envelopes and place cards and Kathy purchased a wax stamp with their initials on along with some ivory pearl wax to seal the envelopes with.
Kathy also created a wedding website using the personal ‘my wedding site’ section located with in the hitched.co.uk members area. It was a great way of keeping everyone informed about their day. She wrote a wedding blog and also devised a honeymoon gift list as the couple didn’t really need any conventional wedding gifts. It was a great way for people to contribute and the newlywed couple had some great “experiences” gifted to them.
