Absolutely superb service and beautiful flowers
I had two and half weeks, a colour scheme, specific requests and tight budget, I was beginning to feel that the task set by my Step-daughter for her wedding was not only difficult, but was impossible until I emailed Roseblossom Florists to enquire about short notice possiblility of supplying Bridal and Bridesmaid bouquets and Buttonholes on my budget. Karen replied almost immediately and to say I was impressed would be an understatement. Karen at Roseblossoms was friendly, email was detailed and informative. Karen included floral suggestions which fitted in the colour scheme and specifications perfectly. Karen quoted a price which included delivery to Halstead (from North Weald) and was well within my budget. Karen's direct, detailed and empathetic response proved she understood my predicament and appreciated my need to know the flowers were now being taken care of before the fast approaching big day. I was most impressed with Karen's ability to put my mind and nerves at rest. I felt more than happy. I was totally reassured by Karen, who kept in regular contact via email, confirming details etc, as there were a few minor adjustments to the delivery details, however, Karen was especially understanding and accomodating. The service provided was excellent. The Bouquets were absolutely beautiful and Karen delivered on the morning of the wedding to the delight of my step daughter. Roseblossoms recieve 10/10 from me on service, quality and value. Karen at Roseblossom's provided an outstanding service from start to finish and I will recommend her services to anyone getting married or needing a florist. Karen is a very talented florist and I cannot praise the service enough
