I cannot express how happy I was with Serena Bridal. I was dealt with by Fran who worked there and she was the loveliest lady with so much knowledge and kindness throughout my wedding journey. I picked a gorgeous dress and she altered it beautifully. My one downside was that the strap of the dress broke off after the ceremony but that was not Serena's fault but the style of dress which did not completely allow for my arms to go straight up quickly (one strap popped off when my husband raised our arms in celebration. Would recommend this supplier definitely :)

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my bridesmaid dresses from Martels. The selection was beautiful, with a wide range of styles, colors, and sizes to choose from. The staff were incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, making the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. The quality of the dresses exceeded my expectations. My bridesmaids loved how flattering the were. Communication throughout the ordering process was excellent, and everything arrived on time. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for beautiful bridesmaid dresses and outstanding customer service. Thank you for helping and making us feel so special!

I genuinely have no words to explain how perfect my dress from Barn bridals was for me! Bit delayed doing this post but wanted to wait till the big day so I could share a photo! When we got my dress in April 2025, Jane made the whole experience incredible stress free and enjoyable for me and my mum. She helped me find a dress that matched my vision and whilst the dress I found didn’t have sleeves she put me in contact with the most amazing seamstress Nicole to adjust it for me and it was absolutely perfect! Could not recommend Barn Bridals enough!

Lovely experience for my bridesmaids and I, we found the perfect dresses out of a great selection. Great communications from Sophie. Highly recommend.

Can’t thank confetti & couture enough for helping me to find and customise my dream dress. I felt so comfortable and confident in their hands and left feeling like I had made the best choice and found the dress (and shop!) for me. I wanted something a bit different and it really stood out from the rest. I had so many complements on the day ❤️

The ladies at the shop are lovely and friendly and very knowledgeable. They were patient and I had the most amazing time trying on dresses and finding THE ONE! All my alterations were done at the shop and this made it so much easier. Helen was great and made my dress perfect. Thank you ladies! X

We had really great service from Jo and Cleo who encourage me to try and a range of styles and as a result I found my dream dress! I absolutely loved it and really enjoyed the experience at curves and couture.

A truly lovely and personal experience. I would highly recommend Rivers Bridal, a wonderful small, family run business. The team were incredibly kind, welcoming and accommodating throughout. They had a great range of dresses at reasonable prices, and what really stood out was how much effort they put into making the appointment feel tailored to me. They had clearly read through my notes in advance and selected styles they thought I would love, and they were absolutely right. I felt completely supported in choosing my dress and couldn’t be happier with my decision. Thank you so much for all your help. I would wholeheartedly recommend Rivers Bridal to any Essex bride.

I loved every moment of my first ever wedding dress try on. I’ve found my dream dress and I never thought I would like the style but Laura is so amazing at what she does; she is like a magician! She so cleverly talks you through the styles, fits and designs and compares every dress you try on to select the next option. Laura threw me in a few curve balls and one of which ended up being my dream dress. Not to mention that I was taken care of with a glass of Prosecco and endless coffee as well as complete calm, zero pressure and 100% expertise from Laura. I cannot thank you enough Laura, I want to come back every week and do it all again please! Anyone contemplating booking in to see Laura, just do it. Don’t hesitate.

The team were absolute professionals!! It was clear they loved what they do. Katie was super helpful and patient with helping me find my wedding dress and the adjustments service was perfect! The shop felt very welcoming. The staff gave good advice without it feeling like I was being pressured. I’m very Glad I walked in! Thank you!
