Susan Hinckley has a wealth of thirty years experience in the bridal industry. Formerly a partner in Endymion Wedding Dress Designers of Royal Leamington Spa, valued customers included Harrods and Liberty of London.

Susan is passionate in her desire to help each bride find their perfect dress whilst at the same time creating one of life's most memorable and enjoyable experiences.

Hand-picked collections include designs by Suzanne Neville, Pronovias, San Patrick, Forget-Me-Not designs and Sanyukta Shrestha.

Parham Brides is the most special wedding boutique I have ever been in and living in London I have been into many wedding dress shops! Susans dresses are simply stunning and stand out hands above anything else I have ever seen. Her range of different designers, styles & her passion is just exquisite! From the moment I met Susan Hinckley and THE DRESS in her shop I knew my wedding journey was going to be very special. Susan has a profound amount of experience and she happily took the time to share her talent with me never making me feel rushed and never pushing her opinion of the dresses onto me. I live in London but was happily prepared to drive the 5 plus hours that it took every time I had a fitting to come down to her shop. I trusted her implicitly to do all my fittings to the highest of standards which she delivered. Susans passion for her profession is clearly evident, she is very creative and I was in complete awe of her and full of admiration. Susan went over and above when she brought my wedding dress over to my venue the night before the wedding which made me feel extremely special and it also took a huge weight off my shoulders. All my friends commented on how beautiful my dress was and I will be indebted to Susan forever. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Susan provides a fantastic personal service at beautiful Parham House Brides. You are made to feel very special and every effort is made to make your day absolutely perfect. There is a wonderful choice of beautiful wedding dresses and what could be more perfect than choosing your fairy tale dress in the fairy tale village of Dunster? Just a note firstly to say thank you so much for my beautiful wedding dress. I loved it on the day and so many people said thay hadn't seen such a lovely one before! Secondly, I just wanted to say thank you so much for an all round lovely experience. You gave brilliant advice and help and I am so glad you were there to do that. We loved coming to the shop and felt so sad the last time we came! You gave such a lovely, friendly and personal experience and always had time for us.
