The Isabella Grace experience
I am so glad I found Isabella Grace. From the second I walked in with my mum and bridesmaid we were made to feel welcome and relaxed. I was fortunate enough to be seeing Sally. This was the 5th bridal shop I had been to over a couple of weekends so I thought I had worked out roughly what I wanted. After choosing a few to try on, all of which were gorgeous, but none 'the one' Sally gave me one more to try. I would never have picked it myself, but the moment I had it on, I felt like a princess. I went back today for my first fitting and the service was amazing again,very professional and doing everything they can to make you feel the most special person to ever walk in the shop.Every bride to be should have the pleasure of experiencing Isabella Grace.

Wonderful service
Having visited several bridal shops we visited Isabella Grace because they had a particular dress in stock that I wanted to try. The service was second to none, all of the staff were lovely, professional, accommodating and welcoming (despite me arriving with a small entourage). Visiting Isabella Grace made the experience feel like the special occasion that looking for your wedding dress should feel like (unlike many other shops). I am so happy that they had the dress of my dreams as I wouldn't have wanted to use anybody else.

An absolute pleasure
Having been to approximately 10 different bridal wear shops prior to Isabella Grace I was beginning to feel a bit disheartened by the reception and atmosphere I had experienced in some of the stores I had been in. My sister and I had been to 3 other bridal shops one day and decided to 'pop' in to see if Isabella Grace having frankly had enough for the day! We were not expecting the reception we received at all. Becky greeted us and was a pleasure from the minute we walked in the shop. They stocked the designers that I liked and we were told that we did not need an appointment with it being a week day to try on dresses. We were left alone to have a browse without feeling rushed or hassled and were offered a drink while we looked. I ended up finding my dream dress and all the way through me trying on the dresses and making the decision to buy the dress I felt totally relaxed and attended to. I also ended up buying my sister's bridesmaid dress the same day. The whole experience was an absolute pleasure from the word go. I would absolutely recommend Isabella Grace to every bride out there.

Truly Special
Having visited many stores to find my dream dress I was delighted when I came across Isabella Grace Bridal. The whole experience was truly wonderful. The dresses are beautiful, the shop is beyond perfect and so pretty and the staff were so welcoming and professional. I was so grateful for their help, I felt they went above and beyond for me - they were by far the best I experienced. I am really looking forward to seeing everyone again when I collect my dress in June. I am sure Isabella Grace Bridal will be my bridesmaids first stop when they get married.
