Great service
Some bridal shops make you feel awkward, NOT HERE! These ladies are spot on, and I cant wait to see my daughter in her wedding dress and her bridesmaids in theirs. So much choice and yet they still pull out great dresses. My daughter was very nervous before her appointment, but 5 minutes into the appointment was talking away like old friends. And thats exactly what these ladies have become, friends. Going to miss going in to see them after all the wedding things are done.

Amazing service!
Just wanted to say thank you so much to Jenni from Country Brides of Dover. I am a larger bride (size 20) and had a horrible experience in another store so was dreading going in but the minute I walked through the door I felt like a princess, I wasn't made to feel uncomfortable about my size at all and Jenni help me find the most perfect dress. So great was the service that I also got all my bridesmaids dresses from them too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them - thanks again x

Just wanted to write a review to thank Jenni at the Dover branch so much for all her help finding me the most perfect dress. She knew exactly what would suit me and was so professional and helpful, even though its a busy store I always got a high level of service - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you again and again... thank you so much again, you really made my big day extra special with my perfect dress x

I visited this little gem of a shop during what i can only imagine is a normal day in the shop! 3 huge boxes were arriving as I came for my appointment and 4 more arrived as i was leaving! And yet despite all these orders they both seemed to remember each bride as they unpacked them whilst i chose some dresses to try on and got excited when they looked at them all again. This showed how much they enjoy their jobs. All the time they were unpacking they were making suggestions for me and helping me with decisions. Once i had chosen about 5 dresses we went upstairs. They have so many dresses no wonder they call it Narnia! Yes on the downside its not exactly huge upstairs so you cant bring all your mates, but on the plus side there are SO many dresses and in so many shapes and sizes. I had visited other shops and was told they didn't have anything to fit me. Sylvia never once made me feel insecure about my size, they were always sensitive and had lots of dresses to fit me, some were too big. They didnt pin in to me as another shop had! I enjoyed my appointment as the ladies were always asking about the wedding and getting excited for me. They made me feel very special and I would highly recommend this shop to any bride to be who wants to feel like a princess! They asked if there was anything else they could help with. Recommended a couple of suppliers who i have booked as they were so reasonable! When I came back a week later to place my order they remembered me and remembered exactly what i wanted and suggested we sort out veil and tiara when the dress comes in. No pressure selling. They are sorting out bridesmaid dresses for me in the next couple of months and they are just as excited and remembered my dress when i rang for an appointment. With the sheer volume of brides they must have I was very impressed and made some recommendations to show my bridesmaids. Such a great experience. Marie Coles
