5* services but low cost gown!
I brought my gown from Alta Costura for my wedding, and I was thoroughly impressed by the service I received. After trudging around the area for what seemed like weeks, I finally stumbled upon Alta Costura Bridal in Maidstone. After climbing the narrow stairs I was not expecting to see a large, airy and very specious looking showroom. The premise of the shop is that all gowns are under £690, which I was suprised at compared to other shops in the area. However there was a small section of gowns that were a little bit more as they were more one off couture styles. The shop was quite quiet as it was a week day and so I had very attentive service from the lady who served me. My Mother and myself were made to feel very welcome and relaxed and we were offered a hot drink while we were looking. While I was trying on lots of gowns, my Mum was happily sat on a very comfy sofa, reading magazines and drinking her tea! We were never made to feel rushed and I finally found the perfect gown at just £595.00!! I was so happy with the service that I would have probably paid more, but instead resolved to have my bridesmaid dresses from Alta Costura too. Especially as I was entitled to a 10% discount! When the time came for my fittings, the seamstress that did my gown was kind and efficiant, and did not bat an eyelid at the changes I wanted to be made to the gown, and the cost was also very reasonable and the finished product was amazing! My wedding day was made more memorable because of my wonderful experience and my beautiful one off low cost gown. I felt a true princess.
