Simply wonderful.
brides of Southampton is simply awesome! I went to find my wedding dress and was overwhelmed by the level of service, knowledge and patience that was show to me, the lady attending me was called Libby and she was amazing, nothing was to much trouble, every dress I tried on she she strapped and pinned and zipped me into, attaching different veils and tiaras and taking me to the huge mirror showing me the back of the dress and advising on styles I hadn't thought of which I loved! Nothing was too much trouble and I was put under no obligation to buy either! A wonderful experience! Excited to go back for a second run of dress trying! I recommend this place to everyone!

Fantastic Service
I have recently ordered my wedding dress from Brides of Southampton and can do nothing but recommend the fantastic service and friendly staff. I spent two hours browsing and trying on dresses with helpful advice from quite obviously experienced and patient staff who advised on accessories, styles and they even did my hair to show me the look that could be achieved with a veil. I couldn't have asked for more and their service was 100% better than a big London stores that i had visited. It was personal and i felt no pressure to purchase but just encouraged to enjoy the experience. I would highly recommend this shop and its staff.

Brilliant service, second to none, would recommend to anyone.
A massive thank you to Brides of Southampton. The level of service recieved from everyone was amazing. It made the whole process fun and stress free, could not have asked for more. I felt comfortable from the first appointment and knew I was in professional hands. The whole experience was just what I wanted and I will not hesitate to recommend you to others.
