Excellent bespoke service
I received excellent bespoke service from Tamsin at Orlaya Bridal in Aberdeen. She opened the shop on a Sunday for me so I could try on some dresses and I also had 2 more appointments where I went back to try on a dress. The quality of the dresses are excellent and there is a very good selection. I would definately recommend trying this shop for your wedding dress. Although I didn't buy my wedding dress at Orlaya, I visited 4 wedding dress shops in Aberdeen and this is by far the best service and the shop is very beautiful. The one on one service makes you feel very special, rather than being rushed in and out and trying on dresses along with a large number of other brides. I was made to feel very special :-)

Outstanding Experience!
As an excited bride, the first word that springs to mind regarding my experience at Orlaya Bridal is 'outstanding'!! From the moment I walked into Tamsin's wedding heaven, I felt truly important and valued. The gorgeous surroundings, stunning dresses and fabulous atmosphere created by Tamsin made the whole experience a true joy. To say I came away with a huge smile is an understatement. Not only was I made to feel so welcome, so too was my mother. An important aspect of the experience was the warmth extended to the mother of the bride. Thank you to Tamsin for creating one of the best bridal experiences imaginable! A magnificent afternoon; a must for all brides!!

Beautiful
I booked an appointment with Orlaya after reading some online reviews of shops around Aberdeen. It was my first time trying on wedding dresses and I was a little nervous. My morning with Tamsin was so special. It is an amazing, luxurious shop with stunning dresses. I felt so special, as did my mum. We were given undivided attention, and made to feel completely at ease. Tamsin is very professional, warm and friendly and knowledgeable. I would feel so happy buying my wedding dress from here- a wonderful experience.

Luxury
After visiting a different dress shop I decided to go along to Orlaya and boy was I glad I did. I found 'the' dress and I am so delighted and can't wait for it to arrive. The service was fantastic. Tamsin is very friendly, polite and professional and asked questions to find out more about my wedding/style which was really good. The dress collection in store is superb and the store itself has a luxury feel to it compared to others and I felt special. I didn't feel rushed into making a decision and once I did was given advice re alterations etc. I am so glad Orlaya opened up and can't wait to visit again once dress has arrived.
