PrimpPowderPout was founded by Ashley Kay Gifford, an American makeup artist who has lived and worked in London and is now based in Cambridge after moving to England 9 years ago.

Ashley is an accomplished mobile Makeup and Hair artist in the fashion and photographic industry, and brings her experience and expertise to the bridal/wedding and special occasion make-up genre.

Ashley is enthusiastic, fun and reliable and sets the mood before every wedding.
