At the chapel, the couple had two large flower displays at the front made up of pretty peach flowers which tied in with their vintage wedding theme.
They also had gypsophila and gerbera displays at the end of the pews in the chapel and all of these were arranged by Longacres Garden Centre.
Sophie’s chose a different florist, Seventh Heaven for her wedding bouquet and reception flowers. The wedding bouquet was made up mostly of peach flowers with the main element being large peach gerberas which is a flower very close to the hearts of Carl’s family.
The gerbera was joined in the bouquet by lighter coloured peach roses and some gypsophila to add to its beauty.
At the wedding reception the couple chose to have bird cages as their centrepieces with replicas of the bouquet flowers inside and smaller pots of peach flowers were also dispersed throughout the venue and placed on tables to add to the overall floral look.
The top table was decorated with the bride’s bouquet and that of her three bridesmaids too which acted as beautiful centrepieces – Sophie loved the idea of getting the most out of her gorgeous bouquets and this was a great way to do so.
