Sarah and Stuart met through friends at a local pub and mutually decided 6 months later that they wanted to spend the rest of their lives together. They celebrated with a party and chose each other a ring before spending the next 12 years...yes...12 years, planning their big day.
Sarah had a long time to think about what type of wedding dress she wanted to wear. She looked on various websites and in many wedding magazines before trying on 7 different styles. Sarah found her Alfred Angelo designer wedding dress from Ann Bridal in Old Stevenage, Hertfordshire. The dress was plain on top and had a pinched design on the skirt. Sarah’s mum added pleated net, silver ribbon and a lovely diamonte brooch on the bust area to make it a unique design that no one else will ever have. To make it even more special Sarah’s mum also sewed her nan’s wedding ring inside the dress.
