Robyn relied on her hairdresser she’s known since school to do her hair – she wouldn’t trust anyone else! Her silver-toned locks were styled in a bun, and decorated with an elaborated beaded headpiece which cost her about 50p!
The bride had one trial with hairdresser Katie Pudney, but was happy to let her do what she wanted as Robyn was confident she knew her style. Her veil was made from Edwardian lace which she found in Snoopers Paradise in Brighton.
Robyn did her own wedding makeup. She bought lots of stuff from MAC where she’d had a trial but then she couldn’t quite recreate it – she couldn’t get the lashes out of the box, never mind stick them on her face!
She decided in the end to go with her normal makeup look with a bright lipstick to add a bold pop of colour.
