Newlyweds Chris and Paula met on dating website match.com, and after a month of communicating online, had their first date at the Marchmont Arms in Hemel Hempstead. It was the perfect first date as time flew by and before they knew it, it was last orders and the pub was closing. They spent another hour just sitting and talking in Chris’s car, where they shared their first kiss, a moment which neither of them will ever forget.
After seven months of dating and discussing their future plans, Chris presented Paula with a beautiful engagement ring whilst they were at family meal at Nando’s, celebrating Paula’s birthday. She was thrilled with the ring, which they had chosen together, and was touched that traditional Chris had got her father’s permission before proposing.
The next year and a half was spent planning their perfect wedding.
