Having met through Facebook and fallen instantly in love, Nicola and Chris knew that they wanted to spend the rest of their lives together. Just 12 months after their initial meeting, Chris decided to have a very beautiful, and expensive, engagement ring designed, featuring a full carat princess cut diamond.
Chris booked a weekend away to celebrate Nicola’s birthday, where the couple ended up in the last room that the hotel had available – the Bridal Suite. Moments before leaving their room for dinner, Chris called Nicola in to the sitting room part of their suite. He was down on one knee and holding the fabulous ring. Chris proposed, Nicola said yes, and the couple spent the next 12 months planning their dream day.
