Natalie tried on 15 wedding dresses and fell in love with the “Verity” style designed by Sasha Perez for Berketex. Unfortunately with a £1600 price tag the dress was out of Natalie’s reach. She ended up buying a dress online for £250 and paid to have it altered, however a week before the wedding Natalie’s colleagues at work enquired about the all important dress and Natalie’s response was a very simple ‘It’s fine’. Her colleagues said the wedding dress should mean a lot more than just being ‘fine’ and convinced Natalie to call Berketex to see if she could get ‘Verity’ in a week. Berketex said that they could fulfil Natalie’s request and she ended up having her final fitting and collection just the day before the wedding!
Natalie teamed her wedding dress up with a lovely pair of shoes from BHS on the high street and wore a beautiful locket which Carl had bought her as a present. He had enclosed a picture of Natalie’s parents wedding day so that her father would be near her seeing as he had passed away 10 years before.
