Paddy and Linda met online through AOL chat rooms back in 2000 and finally met each other face to face 2001 after numerous conversations. The couple built a strong bond and realised that they truly were soul mates. Paddy suffers from strokes caused by Hughes Syndrome, but throughout his illness the couple have stuck together and have created an incredible relationship.
Paddy proposed to Lin in 2004 whilst on a luxurious holiday in Tunisia. The couple planned to marry in 05’ but everything was put on hold due to the arrival of their baby girl and Paddy suffering another stroke in 2008. Paddy and Lin finally tied the knot in May 2011 surrounded by the closest members of their friends and family.
