Stuart and Kim met in London in 2006, when Kim tagged along with friends to Stuart’s leaving party. Even though Kim had never met him before, she thought it would be rude to turn up empty handed, so she bought a lottery ticket and put it inside a card.
After Stuart moved to Dubai two years later, he found the lottery ticket and chose to keep it. The couple, who had not stayed in touch, met up when Kim went on holiday to Dubai in 2008. Kim now calls Dubai home, and they still have that lottery ticket!
After three years together, Stuart proposed to Kim in the most romantic way. He hired out a restaurant and arranged for the whole thing to be secretly filmed, as he presented her with a custom-made ring. Not only does Kim have a gorgeous engagement ring, but a video reminder of the perfect proposal.
