Kate & Andrew's Real Wedding

When Kate and Andrew were organising their wedding it was important that the event was a special day for everyone, including the planet.  The couple invited 65 guests to witness their ceremony and a further 45 guests to celebrate with them in the evening. Their silver and midnight blue colour scheme worked beautifully throughout their winter wedding and their fabulous wedding venue made their day complete.

Andrew & Kate-The Couple

Kate and Andrew met when they were just 11 years old through their sisters.  They started dating from the age of 15 and have been in-separable ever since. Andrew proposed to Kate on Christmas Day 2009 in the memorial grounds; a location that the couple had visited together for years.  Unbeknown to the couple, the family dog had followed them on their walk so it turned out that Andrew ended up proposing to Kate – and the dog.  Andrew had decorated the gardens with lanterns and baubles; simply magical for a cold winters day.

12 months later Kate and Andrew celebrated their winter wedding at Shottle Hall in Derbyshire surrounded by 65 of their closest friends and family.
