Julie met Steven whilst on a girlie night out in Liverpool. Steven was having a weekend away with the lads from Scotland and certainly hadn’t banked on meeting his future wife that night. The couple decided to go travelling around the world after dating for just 6 months, and after another 2 and a half years Steven proposed.
Steven took Julie to Nerja in Spain for her 30th birthday. After a romantic meal and a few glasses of wine, the couple had gone back to their hotel and out on to their balcony which overlooked a moonlit beach. Steven was ready to give Julie her birthday present and presented a box that looked big enough to hold a necklace. Steven proposed as Julie opened the box to reveale a perfect engagement ring! The excited birthday girl accepted Steven’s proposal and the couple started wedding planning straight away. After getting engaged in April they agreed to marry the following May.
