Jodi and Stephen were set up on a blind date by mutual friends and got engaged on Christmas Eve just 14 months later. After the drama of someone smashing into Jodi’s car, her cousin having a baby at home, and looking after two children all evening, Jodi finally arrived home at 8pm one night to find a bouquet of red roses on the table and Steve down on one knee. The newly engaged couple managed to plan their wedding in just 5 months and even though a lot of their friends thought that this was not enough time to plan a wedding, the couple were convinced that they could pull it off when they found the perfect venue.
