The wedding cake was absolutely phenomenal, and it fit the glamorous vibe of the reception perfectly.
Designed and made by the talented Ceri from Olofoson Design, she created the cake based on the ideas that Jo sent her.
The finished creation was a grand five tiered spectacle that almost looked too pretty to eat!
Gorgeous ombre ruffles decorated the main part of the cake, which faded from blush pink to a delicate grey colour for a super modern touch.
The top two crowning tiers were decorated with a silver leaf design, embellished further with eye catching beading.
Clusters of ruffled garden roses and blossoms softened the whole look of the cake and gave a pretty, country garden feel.
The only thing that made cutting into the beautiful cake bearable was the irresistible flavours of the sponge inside – champagne, strawberry, Victoria sponge and even chocolate with salted caramel!
