A Traditional French Wedding Cake

Jane and Alan cut through a stack of profiteroles which is tradition in France. Their Piece Montee, which had been created by one of the local French bakers, looked amazing and tasted delicious. The cake had sparklers coming out of the top which the newlywed couple didn’t see until they were ready to cut the cake. Needless to say they were surprised when the sparklers were lit.
