Jane and Alan met via the internet dating website beautifulpeople.net back in 2005. They met, fell in love and experienced a 5 year relationship before moving their relationship that one step further. In front of a cathedral in the Grand Place, Brussels, the night before New Years Eve 2009 and whilst standing under a 30ft tall Christmas tree, Alan popped the question!
The newly-engaged couple decided to have Jane’s engagement ring made at a diamond jewellers in Antwerp. Jane was able to choose her diamond, and the setting and even got to witness her very own stone being set in to her wonderful ring.
Jane and Alan decided to get married in The Dordogne area of France, 17 months after getting engaged.
