Friends knew that Helen and Rob would be perfect for each other, and how right they were. After arranging a blind date for the couple, they attended Helen and Rob’s wedding less than two years later in St Philip Evans’ Church, Cardiff.
Rob made the proposal a very romantic affair. While on holiday in Northern France, he chose the perfect location, ordered some bubbly and got down on one knee. Helen was completely taken by surprise and with tears of joy accepted Rob’s proposition and the beautiful engagement ring he chose himself.
Eight months later, the couple married and celebrated their big day with 126 guests in Cardiff’s beautiful St Mellons Hotel and Country Club.
