Having initially planned a short engagement, the ideal venue took longer to find than both Dan and Heather had anticipated, as did the planning of the perfect ceremony and reception. After a relaxing morning of pampering, champagne and hair & makeup at Down Hall, the bridal party made their way to St. Andrew’s Church in Sandon, just outside Chelmsford, for the 2pm wedding ceremony. Perfectly conducted by Rev. Poulard, the congregation sung their hearts out to hymns We Pledge To One Another, Lord Of All Hopefulness and Tell Out My Soul. Mutual friend Bhavin, and Katie, a friend from University, both did readings. Despite a threat of rain, skies were blue and the day was unfolding beautifully.
