Hannah and David met on popular social networking website Facebook! They had both joined a group for people starting their PGCE’s at Reading University. Hannah was interested in training as a music teacher and David wanted to train as a Drama teacher. The couple knew that they were right for each other from the word go and were engaged only 3 months later.
David had planned to propose over dinner before they went to see comedian Bill Bailey up in London, but the restaurant they ended up dining at wasn’t as romantic as David had hoped. After the show David tried to convince Hannah to go for a drink in a pub, and then to see the sparkling Christmas lights down Oxford Street, but she was having none of it. Just as they were pulling out of their parking space to go home David took a small square box out of his pocket. 14 months later, to the day, David and Hannah were married.
